We recently moved to Minsk, and I was looking for educational toys for my son, the first thing that came across was Zubosha, and we went and took a subscription. And then I decided to look for something closer, we decided to go and my son did not like where we were, as a result, now we only go to the Tooth, despite the fact that we have achieved a whole hour!
If you do not compare the distance, then in Zubosh they find an approach to the child, do what he likes, and not strictly according to plan, as they do in other centers!

A good children's center. Teachers of ISO and logorhythmics are able to find an approach to a child. We've been walking for years. They are always greeted with a smile, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy.
Excellent kindergarten and "razvyvashka" , came to Minsk for 1.5 months with children. I should have put them somewhere while they were doing their business. Zubosha turned out to be the closest to home.
The children liked it very much. Polite and pleasant caregivers, lots of toys, children are busy with something all the time.

Today, for the first time with the baby, we were at a matinee in Zubosh.
This is generally our first visit to this institution and I can immediately say that it is also the last.
The first thing that surprised me was the lack of a wardrobe, even an elementary wardrobe for visitors' outerwear.
That is, we came, we were told that we need to go down to the 1st floor, so a small room of about 2 sq.m. in which there were already about 5 parents and children from the previous matinee, and the children had already come to the next performance, that is, there was almost a crush.
Everything is on each other's heads, 3 chairs, a small hanger and a shoe tray.
An unpleasant smell.
Not cleaned, unsanitary conditions.
When we managed to undress somehow, we were invited to the hall, where the performance was supposed to be.
At first, nothing surprised us, we were waiting for the holiday. We are preparing the child for him, he was waiting for Santa Claus, who will give him a gift.
The performance began with the release of the Snow Maiden, she is the only character, she is for everyone..
Her voice immediately cut into my ears. She made him so squeaky and unpleasant that he just wanted to get up and leave, restrained only by the fact that the child was waiting for a miracle.
The Snow Maiden played for all the animals of the play, lifting the children from their seats every 5 minutes, and therefore the parents for questionable games...Yes, throwing snowballs, walking in the rain is a standard Soviet musical technique. But when she suggested that children under 2 years old pick up from the floor and play with decorative pebbles, I just fell into a precipitate.
How can you give children such small and dangerous details, even if you take into account the fact that they are under adult supervision?? Couldn't it have been played more beautifully??
It's time for Santa Claus to come out. And here my husband and I were just blown away when, instead of Santa Claus, the Snow Maiden took out his doll. Here I cursed and just looked at my husband with a blank look.. We hoped to the last that the doll was such a move. That now a real Santa Claus will come out, bring a Round dance and give gifts.
But no.. The doll was Santa Claus.
My husband offered to change into my Grandfather and save the situation, but of course he was refused...
The child was very upset.. we were preparing, but in the end it turned out that we had wasted both time and money.
The most trash was waiting for later.
Initially, I chose Zubosha because it stated a performance + a gift from Santa Claus. The price turned out to be more expensive than in other centers, but this is understandable, here is a gift.
We drove home full of upset feelings, soothing the child on the way.. They said that we would open a gift at home and play.
Yeah, right now.... when I opened the gift at home, I just gasped, because almost half of what was stated in the gift box and was in the photo on their account did not match what was put in the box for us..
That is, in addition to the fact that the holiday was ruined, they managed to spoil the gift...
I wrote to the administrator on Instagram that the gift is not complete. To which I was offered to take something that is not there.
As a result, the deputy arrived in the evening.the director almost threw something into my husband's hands that was not there, and according to the list that I wrote, he did not bring everything..and almost as a favor, he said the phrase "well, that's how it turned out" to her husband's question, what kind of trash was there today...
We also work with clients and we know that everyone needs an approach. But if a question suddenly arises with a client, we always solve it in favor of the client, add some bonuses, discounts, make small gifts as a sign that we are sorry and we want to see the client again...
And here..
As a result, we have:
1. Spoiled the child's first matinee.
2. The absence of Santa Claus.
3. Incomplete gift.
4. Unsanitary conditions in the premises.
5. Not a professional animator-muse, who ruined the whole holiday.
6. The boorish attitude of the center's leaders.
Conclusion: there is no desire to come there anymore.
The management did not want to fix the situation.
The rating of everything that is happening is 0!!!
I would not advise anyone to come there, the mood will be spoiled, and the child will be upset.
