Many thanks to the design studio "ZOX" for the development of the design project of our apartment and the author's supervision of the renovation. The designers of the studio are highly professional specialists in their field, creative, experienced, friendly, prompt. They were very attentive to our wishes, offered a number of interesting ideas that were brought to life during the repair work. In particular, we were offered interesting options for redeveloping the apartment, while the designers kept in touch with the builders of their company, so that during the renovation there were no problems with the implementation of the design project.
Special thanks to the head of the design department, Alena Bubleinik, who worked with us as part of the author's supervision of the repair. Alyona is a professional "from God". She picked up all the materials, fittings, furniture, appliances, doors and everything else for us. Stylish, cool combination, practical. The feeling that she works "with her soul."

Working with ZOX is a really enjoyable and professional experience! The designer coped with the task perfectly, took into account all the wishes and offered fresh, creative solutions. The project was executed with attention to detail and a high level of professionalism. The manager also proved himself to be on top – communication was easy, all issues were resolved promptly and without unnecessary difficulties.
Yes, the price is not the lowest on the market, but the result is worth it – the quality, approach and responsibility fully justify the investment. I am currently at the stage of starting repairs and decided to trust the ZOX company again, as I have no doubts about their competence and professionalism.

Positive:
If you are interested in technical design, then the work is done quite well — nothing special, but there are no obvious drawbacks. It is worth noting here that the assessment concerns the technical side of the project.
Minuses:
However, if we talk about finishing works, the situation leaves much to be desired. For the standard Minsk price, you will receive negligently performed work. The following are the specific problems identified during acceptance:
Problems with the floor covering:
- The laminate is unevenly laid: there is a mobility of the boards near the walls and at the junction with the tiles. According to the foreman, the leveling of the floor was allegedly not required, but the result was unsatisfactory.
- In the center of the room, the cracks between the laminate boards are visible, which creates a feeling of careless laying.
Poor-quality finishing of slopes and wallpaper gluing:
- All the slopes have noticeable chips, and the wallpaper is pasted so poorly that it seems as if it was done by a person with zero experience. The quality of the work is frankly low.
Unprofessional tile laying:
- The work was done at an average level: the tiles were not laid neatly enough, irregularities and defects are visible.
Violation of technical design:
- The builders ignored the developed project. For example, they removed the construction plaster from the balcony and filled in the concrete pedestal for the shower, although this was not originally planned. This led to additional costs and unnecessary changes.
Financial transparency issues:
- Be careful with cash! Request a detailed expense report, especially regarding the removal of construction debris. They tried to bill us 130 rubles for the removal of "only 300 kg" of garbage, despite the fact that repairs had already been completed. This attempt at fraud became apparent only after we pointed out all the shortcomings during the acceptance.
Result:
I definitely do not recommend this company for finishing work. There are too many flaws and an obvious desire to save on quality for the sake of profit.

One of the key points that pleasantly surprised me was the professionalism of the ZOX studio staff. From the very beginning, a personal manager was appointed with me, a team of designers was selected, who carefully listened to all my wishes and preferences. The results of their work exceeded all my expectations. The design project was developed taking into account every detail, and every detail was thought out to the smallest nuances. Thanks to this design studio, I realized that it was better to decide along the way what to do during repairs than to lose 2 months in advance to develop unnecessary waste paper, in which even the dimensions did not match from page to page ... the agreed budget could not be maintained at all, the total amount of future repairs exceeded the budget by about 3 times...
P.S. in terms of size, I did not mean inconsistencies in millimeters due to plaster, but the fact that the dimensions of the cornice location "perfectly" fit the distance to the wall of the showcase, although the curtain line certainly does not lie on it...

My husband and I approached very meticulously with the selection of a design studio in order to design our apartment in Minsk, and from the very first meeting of ZOX we were very impressed with our approach: we showed examples of work, told what would be included in the project, how different packages differ and what is not unimportant - called back and clarified what we decided, are we satisfied with everything, are there any questions? Against the background of other options for price / quality / approach, we liked ZOX more and we settled on it. What is not unimportant is that ZOX has its own foremen and construction crews, and if there were technical issues, they consulted with the builders, thanks to this, everything is taken into account in the project-all the little things and details.
For a long time we doubted whether it made sense to start the project before renting the apartment and realized that it was a super-right decision, because now we have the keys in our hands and just a couple of weeks later we have a completely finished project, we will start repairs.
By the very approach to work, the designers are very competent and experienced, took into account all our wishes and saved my husband and me from endless disputes (when we could not agree with my husband, we simply asked the designer and he advised how it would be better or offered a working compromise). So thanks to ZOX for saving our family from divorce))
Today we took away the design project, we drove with the idea that we needed to check everything, but even at the acceptance, the designers showed that they knew every inch of our apartment, answered all questions on the fly, that is, they really worked hard on the project and thought everything through.
I am very glad that we settled on ZOX, we are sincerely delighted, thank you very much for your work on our far from the simplest project! :)

I ordered a design project for a three-room apartment in Minsk World and turnkey renovation. I really liked the company's approach. Considering that I had a free layout and wanted to make it directly for myself, a competent planning solution was extremely important for me. Even at the first free meeting, designer Nadezhda worked with me, who offered several completely different layouts. Then, in the process of working on the project, the designers developed exactly the option that suits me 100%.
I liked that the company has a whole team of professional designers, where everyone is responsible for one direction. I would like to mention separately the visualizer Tatiana and the technical designer Kristina.
I initially thought to go for repairs with another organization, but the guys made the most detailed estimate in parallel with the project, which, by the way, is attached to the contract. It also records the deadlines for the work, which was extremely important to me. In general, I have never regretted that I chose zox.by .
Both design and repair work is carried out in telegram chats, which was extremely important for me, since I did not have time to go to the facility - here the foreman dropped photos of all the work and I always knew how my repair was progressing. We did everything very efficiently and accurately. The final version fully corresponds to the design project.

In general, if you want to live in a cozy, modern apartment that was created specifically for you and for you, you can safely contact zox. Definitely recommend it!
