I will not write that they did not approach us, did not offer help, etc., although this should also be, but when I asked for help with a consultation, 5 employees were sitting and they pretended that they did not hear what I wanted from them, then they began to look at each other "who will do". An extremely seated girl approached, who did not even consult with a dissatisfied look, but referred to a preliminary appointment. Completely non-customer-oriented staff, walked around the store for 15 minutes, did nothing but chat about personal matters, but there was no time for consultations.
