We chose a bed, checked the availability in stock - there are both Minsk and Brest in stock, placed an order, left an advance payment and, confident of receiving the order soon, left. However, time passed, and there was no information, despite the fact that the car was sent to the warehouse on the week following the day of the order. I visited the store three weeks later to find out about the fate of the bed, it turned out that the car left for the warehouse the next day after our order, but! Beds were no longer available! We decided to wait another month, until the next flight to the warehouse, we agreed that they would notify me whether my order was taken this time. And indeed they called, the bed is coming, we will get it on Monday - we will call. I organize transportation, movers, assembly, come to the store for full payment - and the bed was brought the wrong one! We ordered without a lift, on legs, the store makes an application for a bed with a lift and they bring us a bed with a lift. - Will you pick it up? - to say that I was beside myself, to say nothing!
It turns out that initially our order was in the warehouse, but it was not loaded, because the application was made for the wrong bed that was in the warehouse.
I am waiting for an answer to the complaint left in the store's offer book! I really want elementary attention for my own money!
