We haven't been to the sea for several years. The hotel was chosen for a long time, as a result, the choice fell on the Zornitsa hotel. The reviews were good. We arrived for 7 nights. On the first day, while waiting for the check-in, we heard that the children were sick. We have a 7-year-old child. On the first day, we did not swim in the sea or in the pool. On the second day, the child has vomiting and diarrhea. Me too. As a result, we stayed in the room for 7 days out of 7! Either a coronavirus or an intestinal infection. The attitude of the staff is terrible, the child could not go down to the dining room, and the food is not allowed to be taken out. Nothing was organized in terms of nutrition for patients, although 70% were ill. An ambulance was called for the children, ivs were put on. In general, money is wasted. Last morning, we saw a man who was cleaning near the pool washing a dirty rag in the CHILDREN's pool!!!
