I really like to visit the salon. Master Olga is a professional, she was able to find an approach to our pet with character. After the visit, our pet is always with a fashionable haircut, silky hair and in a great mood. The administrators are polite, friendly, ready to prompt and answer any questions.

I was with the cat yesterday. This is the first time in this salon, before that they had already had their hair cut several times in another place. The cat there nervously endured only its front paws and neck-head.
I am glad that I was allowed to attend the haircut, because otherwise the cat would have been completely annoyed.
I have no complaints about the skill of the master, everything is fine here. But the master does not know how to work with problem animals, find an approach to them and hear what the client says.
I immediately explained that the cat carries the front paws and the neck-head area aggressively, she does not like it and she starts yelling and attacking the master. That it is not necessary to level your head, as it turns out, so let it be. And during the haircut, seeing the cat's reaction, I said that she did not like being talked to and looked at.
In fact, the master ignored my remarks. She shaved her front paws and head immediately after her back and sides, leaving the lower part for last. This made the cat more and more angry and at the end it was weak. She, the master and the assistant were exhausted. The cat was wearing a collar and people were constantly looking at her there, trying to calm her down, but she only got madder and rushed every time. I told her that she didn't like it and didn't respond to kys-kys and tsok-tsok. But the master continued to do it anyway.. In the end, the head remained, the cat was already on the verge, but the master tried to restore beauty and trim everything there anyway, although I said several times at the beginning, during the haircut and at the end - DON'T! You can see how she feels.
Throughout the haircut, the cat twitched, rushed, aggressed, shook from stress and screamed like Satan. Because of the twitching, the master touched herself with a typewriter, the cat's nipple was cut off, the cat tore out a partial layer of the claw on the table. Because she was released and not fixed, although before that she was constantly trying to escape and attack / get away from the master.
They promised me that they can find an approach to any animal. I'm sure the master is perfectly able to get along with less timid animals and the haircut is calmer. I was upset that I was not heard initially
