The entire zoomer network has a disaster with warranty service - there is practically none, which is probably why the prices are a little cheaper… I even thought about suing them :(

Zoomer is one of the best sellers of equipment in Georgia. But there are problems. I ordered a scooter from them through the website, usually the goods are delivered the next day, but this time after 2 days they called back and said (in English) if they can't deliver, the order will be canceled. Well, okay, I'm waiting for the money to be refunded, I checked the order status on the website, nothing is written about cancellation, the status is simply "completed", while the personal account shows a server error every other time (500). On the 4th day, I couldn't stand it, I decided to write to support, after that the money was returned. Since I paid with a dollar card, I received 1.5% less money after the refund.
The result: frustration, loss of time, loss of some money.
Conclusion: do not trust their website, do not pay for orders in advance.
And the prices are still too high. In Russia, the same goods can be found 30-50% cheaper, but in Georgia it is not cheaper to find.
