Customer orientation is at the "highest level". I had to visit the pet store urgently, I arrived at 19:35 - the door is closed (the store is open until 20:00), there is no sign of a break or schedule change, I decided to stand and wait, you never know if the person left urgently. After 5 minutes, the door opens, the salesman comes out (it's closed from the inside) with a stony face and says IT's CLOSED!!!! Without deeming it necessary to somehow explain / apologize, he locks the door in my face with a key and leaves the building. Apparently she decided to pass her working day by leaving 20 minutes before closing time.
