I can't say for sure whether it was their fault or not that we lost our beloved cat, but another clinic said that the cat was simply killed by drugs. The cat refused to eat, did not even eat forcibly, was diagnosed (liver problems) and began to be injected with expensive drugs, but it did not get better. I went to the vet and they said that it was necessary to inject glucose and iron, although it was a load on the liver, but there was no other way. After a couple of receptions, the cat perked up a little, began to slowly eat and purr. It was necessary to go to the vet initially, after all, the guys have been working for more than 10 years

Unfortunately, we lost our cat due to incompetent treatment at this clinic.but I was prompted to write a review by an outrageous and egregious situation that happened to our neighbor-her old cat has cancer and has kidney failure, with a heavy heart she decided not to torture him and put him to sleep in this clinic, took him, paid and left.what a shock she had when, walking home from the store, she saw her own cat near the basement, who, seeing the hostess, began to yell and call her.She couldn't catch him, he was afraid of everyone's stress.the clinic could not explain anything to her about this, they brazenly lied that they had done euthanasia, and went to help her catch a cat that had also picked up fleas in the basement to all its troubles!now the cat will be at home, I do not know what she will do next.but apparently for this reason there are so many stray cats near our homes and clinics😢

There is no record of the time, the queue is shared, but usually there are few people. In total, we spend no more than half an hour in the clinic. I really saw sympathy and interest only on the last visit, when the tests were taken and they turned out to be normal. The tests were taken without any problems, it's great. I had to wait a bit, but it was due to the influx of patients - it was still a day off. I recommend the clinic. The building is clean, in the doctors' offices everything is provided for the reception of pets. As far as I understood, there is even an X-ray, which has long been required in the city.
