It's just a horror. Every time I don't pass (at least 2p a day I pass the store) it is closed for a break all the time. And every time for 10-15 minutes. I don't have time to wait. I came today and Lo and BEHOLD, the store is open. But not everything is as cool as it could be. There is acceptance of the goods. I went into the store and said hello, but I didn't hear an answer. I stood for 7 minutes-no one came up and didn't even ask, maybe I had already chosen something and I needed to hurry.
I caught the girl by accident when she took the invoice at the checkout. I asked to weigh my food. In response, I heard "WAIT" and of course, the question of how many people did not give an answer. After saying that I couldn't get to the store for a week and buy dog food with rolled eyes, they still decided to sell the food to me (without asking for a customer card /loyalty/discount)
This review has been accumulating for a long time.
I decided to speak out. Maybe the management will sort this out somehow, or at least add breaks that will be prescribed in the operating mode. To avoid wasting customers' time
Everything is super!!! I have enough assortment, but I would like more dried sweets without bones. My dog is loved here and pampered with sweets for a circus performance 😆😆
