A normal store. I run in sometimes because I work nearby. Everything is there. It is somewhat more expensive than in large chains (which is natural), but there is a good range of everything you need, including medicinal and dietary feeds.

Three shells in one funnel: the first order, the time and place of delivery were agreed upon, the availability of everything was checked, a couple of hours before the appointed time, a call "it's inconvenient for me to go to you, I'll stop by sometime another day. The second order was placed a month later: everything was ordered, availability was checked, and the time and place of delivery were specified... Shortly before the appointed time, a call: "There is no product in stock, we will not bring it." Now the third shell. On Thursday evening, I placed an order on the website, on Friday morning they called back, everything was agreed and confirmed for delivery in the evening (after 19.00). At 16.51 a call, an attempt to tell that life is hard, warehouses and suppliers work inconveniently and poorly and as a result - "let's give a ride sometime next week."
This is not a review, but a description of three of the three orders.
This is some kind of nightmare. You make an order- then your aunt calls on her knee and says, well, come to the store....then why make an order?
There is no normal information on the addresses of stores on the site, only the Central department store, there is no amount from which delivery is free...there is no address for pickup of the goods. Why invest money in a website so that it is completely useless?
