I visit this pet store a lot because I like their assortment. But something went wrong today. I approached the store at 10:06 (working hours from 10:00) on the door there is a sign "break 5 minutes" 5 minutes from what time is unknown. I stood at the door until 10:20 a.m. the store never opened.
