A queue has just gathered in front of the doors, since the opening time on the door is indicated at 9:30 (although 9:00 in Yandex!) - but no one opened! People knocked for 5 minutes - silence . I'll have to come back later and file a complaint. The people in the queue said that such a problem is constant!

The assortment is not bad, in general, as in other zoo stores. The staff is not friendly, as if no one is interested in the client. A very unpleasant smell from feed and fillers spreads throughout the room.
