It's a normal clinic, but there are nuances. Some specialists just can't think of a better way, both professionally and emotionally. But there are also workers who perform their duties "yak mokrae garyts". So if you're lucky...
find "your" specialist - and you'll be happy.
Personally, I don't really like it, because the kitty had to be put down (they found liver cancer in the terminal stage). So I can't be objective. But that's the way the equipment is, and the prices are not bad, and anyway - this is the only veterinary clinic in a huge area, and it seems like it's not bad
I do not understand where this rating comes from?!
We arrived with a cat (discharge from the genitourinary system began, the doctor visually examined and immediately diagnosed, without tests and ultrasound, to my question why they did not prescribe an examination, she said that everything was clear and needed to operate 100%, offered to immediately leave the cat for surgery and pay 350p.
I did not leave the cat, I went to a state clinic, where we were immediately sent for an ultrasound, because it is IMPOSSIBLE to diagnose without examination, and in general, as it turned out, some diseases in the genitourinary system can be cured with antibiotics without surgery.
As a result, it turned out that everything was fine with the cat's uterus, the problem was completely different, they were treated with pills without any operations.
Conclusion: some basic points (ear cleaning, vaccinations, nail clipping, etc.) can probably be done in this clinic, but if something is serious, then I do not recommend contacting here, the clinic is just focused on making money, they are not interested in your animal.
Of the many clinics that we have visited due to not the most favorable circumstances, this is the best! All thanks to the responsive and responsive staff, and especially our individual doctor Alina Martynova)
She has become just like a native, she will always explain everything and put it on the shelves)
I definitely recommend contacting here in case of anything, but of course it's best not to get sick)
