The behavior of this individual was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Treating clients with condescension, as if the planet revolves only around him. Instead of helping me find the right product, which was also funny because I work with animals and know all the details, I got a ton of empty information, passive aggression, and a face like I don't understand anything in life, and he's a veterinarian with 20 years of experience.
Minsk is a competitive city, and if a customer does not receive proper service in one place, he leaves for another. Managers should seriously consider recruiting staff and training employees to be customer-oriented.
