This is not a chain store, but just a complete one...The circus! On August 11, 2023, we arrived on the day of discounts (this is when a 20% discount is given when buying more than 27 rubles of promotional goods). And that's what came out of it: 1. An extremely incompetent sales girl (but there are questions for the management, who leaves new employees alone with themselves).
2. Consultation on the choice of hypoallergenic food did not take place (see paragraph 1).
3. After presentation of the discount card, the discount was not given.
4. After contacting customer support at the number indicated on the website, the "specialist" at the other end of the line offered to switch to e-mail communication, but who is still there, as can be seen from the screenshots.
Shtosh....Customer orientation is just great! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO everyone. And it's not about money at all, but about the attitude towards customers. I consider this attitude unacceptable in 2023.
PS. maybe at least here it will be possible to constructively resolve the current situation.))
The sellers are friendly, there is a discount card, they hold promotions, discount days.
But the last two times I bought cat food by weight, and it turned out to be sticky and as if wet. I don't want to buy there anymore.
