I'm still in shock from what happened... I ordered a large package of 13 kg dog food for the promotion (I've been buying this kind of food for seven years now), I was a little confused by the price, so I specifically asked in the order to pay attention to the integrity of the package!!! It was delivered on time, the courier is polite, BUT when you click on the package, the air began to whistle over the entire area of the package. At my request, the courier called a man named Natalia Yurchko to find out if it was possible to replace it with a normal one..
And then I learned a lot of new things for myself, the lady, not in a very polite way, convinced me that these were technological holes for air discharge from the package. Even if this is the case, they are located either in the upper or lower edge of the multilayer polyethylene bag, and the air whistled throughout the package. As a result, the bag of food was not replaced for me, referring to the fact that they are all like that. There was an unpleasant aftertaste and the question of the quality of the product that they are trying to sell us under the guise of promotional.
It's also a shame that I'm a regular customer of this store, and the desire to visit it has disappeared.

Довольно большой магазин с хорошим, полным ассортиментом всего для 4-ногих. Персонал - молодые, приветливые, знающие ребята.
