The courier delivered an order worth almost 250 rubles at the agreed time, but as it turned out, the order was incomplete and the type of fish ordered was confused (one of them with a poorly functioning fin, I thought it was just a stressed fish, but...which fell off at the time of writing the review), and as they later said, "part of the order was sent to someone else," but decided to get out of the situation that the missing part of my order would be brought the next day and that they would compensate for the "moral harm" with nice things for the aquarium...I agreed and decided to add to all this by ordering (paying extra) 5 neon fish and an albino catfish...as a result, out of 5 neon, one is dead, the other is crooked, and the catfish is generally a different species and not an albino.
The prices here may be more attractive than in other stores, but it's not worth it! I do not recommend this online store to anyone. It is better to come to the pet store and see with your own eyes "live" and choose what you need. If you want to run into poor-quality service with all the consequences, then you are here.
By the way, they deliver until 23, and when the courier delivered my order for the second time, he almost arrived much earlier than agreed + did not want to arrive a little later, by the way, from his own words, he took the last order to 21, and said that if I want to pick up my order today, then I have to drive through half the city to him...I had to go, because it was for a gift and there was no time to wait ... ppc!!! Don't even think about going to the website of this store! The photo shows a crooked neon and, in their opinion, an albino catfish...tin, not a store!

I ordered an aquarium for a child for the new year. I took the kit. The consultant explained everything in detail. Delivery from 18-23, by a third-party company, is certainly a minus for me. The courier arrived late. They made a mistake with the color of the lid, forgot the light bulb + did not bring the liquid to start the aquarium. Due to such a delivery schedule, it was not possible to contact the store. And the courier is just a courier .At first I was very upset, because I had to, without skills, urgently rescue the fish from the bag, and put them in a bowl. Well, then I read the reviews and got a very wrong impression about the store. But everything turned out fine. The fish survived, the store responded in the morning and promptly consulted, and brought a replacement lid, a light bulb and a liquid to start. The owner brought it, as I understood the store, made the impression of a decent, polite and competent person.
So the impression of the reviews was dispelled.
For these inconveniences, most likely due to the New Year's Eve number of orders, I will still take off one star. Well, it's better to make the work with comments in Google reviews softer so that there is no unnecessary worry. But in general, the store left a good impression, the assortment is large, the fish were picked up well and not deceived, there is no marriage, the equipment works, the aquarium does not leak, the consultation was as patient and accessible as possible, upon arrival the person was polite.

Ordered fish preparations, clarified several times so that the delivery was day to day. Their delivery is in the range from 18.00 to 23.00. On this day, I waited for them until 23 o'clock and no one came. The next day, after calling them, I found out that the delivery turns out to have been accidentally issued the next day. The fish has certainly gotten worse during this time.
And by the way, they have delivery to the entrance. Otherwise, the car door won't open.

In the end, we were still offered to return these 2.5 rbl to the card, then go to the store ourselves (and then why did we even need a set, guys?!), and in the end the cherry on the cake is the accusation that we ourselves put it somewhere, and they have "everything set". Do you seriously think that someone will have the idea to "earn" 2.5 rubles for you for a light bulb? Disgusting.
