I was a regular customer of this store, I always ordered the delivery of dog food for 12 kg at once, everything was always clear, without any complaints. The last time I ordered food, as usual, they brought me some very dirty pack, which I didn't pay much attention to right away, but after the courier left, I decided to check the expiration date just in case. It turned out that it expires in three days. The food already had an obviously bad smell and it is clear that in three days I would not have been able to feed the dog 12 kg of food. I called and informed the operator about this, to which I was told that they would pass my complaint to the management and contact me. No one contacted me, they didn't even apologize, and the purchase was for 265p. I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards clients anywhere else. For comparison, there was a similar situation with the Doctor Vet store, so there I was warned in advance that the shelf life of the feed would end in a month! and they offered to make a 50% discount. There is no longer any trust in the E-zoo store.

Хороший выбор, постоянно есть скидки ( от суммы). Не много покупателей. Консультируют не очень хорошо, но вполне достаточно.
Пожалуй основной минус в том, что прямо около входа припарковат ься сложно, все места заставленны машинами доставки этого магазина.
Странное отношение к покупателям, учитывая то, что часто товар довольно тяжёлый!
