08/5/2024 I purchased Guess brand glasses in this optics. A day later, 3 incomprehensible spots (or scratches) appeared on one of the lenses with absolutely careful handling, probably a manufacturing defect. The sales consultants refused to replace the low-quality product or refund the money, there is no certificate for the products, the sales consultants cannot answer the question by whom and where this product was produced. It's a pity, this episode somewhat spoiled the impression of staying in the beautiful city of Minsk.
So-so impression after the visit. Unfortunately, consultants do not have the skills that make visitors want to make a purchase. We chose a different optics. Not from the Cinderella network. Where young and lovely girls are involved in the process of communication with customers and are able to unobtrusively and delicately help with the choice :)

For a long time, my family and I have been regular customers of Cinderella Optics on Independence Avenue. But before one case, my wife and I needed a doctor's consultation about a vision check. I needed to update the correctness of the selection of contact lenses, to write out a prescription for glasses to my wife. The day before the visit, I called the optician and was told that the vision check would be free of charge, since I would then purchase contact lenses in accordance with the new indications, and this service would cost my wife 14 rubles, since she did not intend to purchase glasses this time. The next day, at about 10 a.m., we were in the optics and my wife was refused a vision check, even on a paid basis, arguing that buying glasses in this case is mandatory. The arguments that the information on the phone was different (as well as on the website) were not successful. "Optometrist specialist" Irina categorically refused to accept us, arguing that "in their optics" these services are not available. When asked if they were available, according to the information announced on the phone, in another network optics, the answer was "I do not know." From now on, neither I nor my family will use the services of this "optics". I will also recommend that friends and acquaintances refrain from visiting this enterprise.

I have a wide face and it's always difficult to pick up glasses, but it always turns out to find something super cool here. But the staff! Rudeness, indifference, and disdain are just the calling card of Cinderella.
The only branch in Minsk that had lenses for both eyes. It's clean and bright inside, there are no queues. Polite staff. They were served quickly. Thank you.

In general, there is little choice for children's frames, I don't know why they say that they are the largest network of opticians. Frames for children - well, that))) not very stylish, there are no famous bending frames for kids.
The lenses were made normal for us, but in Lode on gikalo we made frosted glasses so that our fingers would not stick. And that's where we liked the service. The kids were not pulled, they found an approach, they were clearly interested in their work and the glasses were given in perfect condition, without stains and without a segment like "this is the dust left after the drain from the master" - these are the words of the seller in cinderella)
In general, to be honest, I hope that the company's staff will somehow treat the sellers more attentively, teach them the ethics of working with customers.
They literally just called me and said, I quote, "what should we do with your frame (we left a broken frame with them in case there was another one like it). We have a lot of stuff here anyway. Throw it away or what?"
. It doesn't seem to be anything like that, does it? I politely replied that I would stop by and pick it up. However, it seems to me that telling the client about "junk" is somehow wrong. It is jarring and repulsive.
We could become very good customers of this optics, as we are the whole family of bespectacled people. However, I don't plan to go there anymore)) moreover, I will dissuade all my bespectacled IT specialists)))
Disgusting attitude towards customers.The consultant was rude in the presence of the child . I bought glasses for my eldest son in this optics, everything was fine, so my daughter and I also decided not to take any chances and order glasses in a trusted place. But after such an attitude, it's not that I won't go there myself, but I don't advise others either!!!
I waited for the doctor for half an hour, he never came out, in the end I left with nothing. The employees did not show any participation, the feeling that they did not care about the customers.
