The order was assembled incorrectly: the glasses were made with a different frame, which does not suit me. It is not clear how the confusion occurred, but the client was left to blame for not having looked through the registration. There was no time to figure it out, so the glasses were needed urgently, I had to take what I was given. In addition, they promised one production time, but they were made later. I will not advise anyone.

We chose a frame (quite expensive) and decided to check with the sales consultant whether it is possible to check your eyesight right now and place an order.
To which the consultant girl with short hair rolled her eyes and began to explain to us that this was not a free procedure (by the way, no one wanted to get it for free), reluctantly answering, she got up and went to other clients.
This is not the first time we get to this consultant, the attitude is disgusting, always dissatisfied, as a result we lost a potential client, there is no desire to return there…
