I often come to buy lenses. Unfortunately, every time the sellers do not say hello, and behave as if they are doing me a favor by selling me these lenses (( very unpleasant. But it is geographically convenient for me to buy here, so I go anyway. I always say hello and thank you, but this does not affect in any way the level of how I will be served.

I have been a client of your optics for many years. But after the service at Dana Mall, I am no longer your customer. The sales consultant is a boorish, inattentive and ill-mannered woman named Antonina. We waited in line for half an hour (there are slow people, I understand everything), but instead of serving, Antonina turned and went to another customer, pretending that we were not there and were not there. To my remark (I spent half an hour of my time!), this woman, without turning her head, said that she didn't care which queue and she would decide who to serve. With all her appearance and words, this ill-mannered person expressed her incorrect and unjustified attitude towards me. I threw out all your cards and never set foot on your network again.
