I want to express my gratitude for the help. The child broke the glasses that were previously ordered in this optics. The girls listened very carefully to my appeal, found my order that was six months ago, quickly and promptly found the same frame in the optician's network and explained where and how to repair it quickly. I have always liked optics until today. Previously, an ophthalmologist's examination when buying lenses was free, now, from March 2024, you pay 25 rubles for an examination. Conclusion: contact another optician, where a doctor's examination when buying lenses is free. For us, regular customers, Cinderella optics is a thing of the past....
