One of the things I liked was the picturesque nature and many beautiful places to walk. It's the only thing that saves the overall impression. Some residential buildings are not bad and quite pleasant, but others resemble a Soviet-era dormitory of not the best design. Plus, the smell seems to have been preserved everywhere in buildings since those times. The dining room basically stinks a lot and the food is about 3 out of 10. We visited the sauna, the bath itself is not bad, but again, the general impression is that everything was washed only in the last century, and I don't want to remember about the water in the pool at all. I'm afraid to imagine how much you can pick up from there... There are also complaints about the price, for such money such housing and food is.... Sad to say the least. Overall, the place has potential. If at least the food was a little better and the buildings didn't stink, as if they hadn't been cleaned since the Soviet era, then much could be forgiven and 4 or even 5 stars could be given in combination with nature. The buildings and rooms are different: from economy to luxury. The food on the ordered menu is good. The treatment is varied, according to the doctor's prescription and the profile of the disease. Pay attention to the number of procedures: the fewer laziness in the sanatorium, the fewer there are. Building 3 is very clean, cleaning every day, the staff is polite and friendly. Also, special thanks to the manager Irina, who promptly resolved the issues of settlement. If you are driving, then parking is paid on the territory of the sanatorium, you can also leave your car outside the territory for free. Excellent sanatorium. I got what I wanted from the sanatorium: a good rest and treatment. The most important procedure for me was underwater horizontal stretching. The improvement came immediately: the leg began to pull less and the pain almost disappeared. I really liked the massage chair: it's paid, it also includes lymphatic drainage of the arms and legs. I am delighted with the pool in general: the water is mineral, warm, and comfortable. The size of the pool allows you to swim, not just wallow, like in a paddling pool. I went to the pool every day, which is just great for my back. I was quite satisfied with the food in the dining room. It's not restaurant food, but it's delicious and satisfying. The food is five times a day (it is), not pork, but beef, liver, tongue and salads with seaweed and squid predominate from meat.Delicious, healthy! The waiters are polite. The "Accordion Songs" were especially remembered from leisure, and we were lucky, because the accordion player is the famous Belarusian composer Viktor Zadorozhny. In his hands, the accordion began to learn like a whole orchestra, immersing those who were leaving into the atomosphere of song magic. And the management service is working properly. The tour was handled by Alena's manager - and everything is clear, on time, it worked perfectly. - it turns out that there is a border post with Ukraine and we were not allowed in for a long time, the manager should have left them an application (as the border guard said), but they did not. - the suite is only in size , dirty, the wallpaper has fallen off the wall, mold on the ceiling , the water is hot, that is, there was no cleaning as soon as we arrived for three days, we searched for a blanket and toilet paper ourselves in the cubicle where the receptionist should be sitting
- zero noise isolation
- very greasy food , obviously not sanatorium food
- the amount of the voucher announced by the manager was 83,000 rubles, upon arrival it turned out to be 90,000 (the exchange rate did not change, we followed) it was just calculated that way.
There is a huge territory and practically no staff , all the medical workers were kicked out for a clean-up day , as a result, there are huge queues for procedures, there is no dirt , then they pump it , but it is not enough or it is cold, this is no longer a treatment . Mineral baths are the same , 15 minutes in water at 30 degrees + is a tin can. They left with snot. The remaining staff was literally torn between cleaning and patients.

As a result, out of all the procedures, you will choose only two or three procedures- you were offered 10, but all of them at the same time!!!!!!!

We had a vacation with my husband in November 2024. They put us in the 3rd building in the block (next to 2 more rooms). There is a shared refrigerator and an adjacent bathroom, which is very inconvenient for 5 people. On the 5th day, mold was found behind the bedside table from the balcony (the wallpaper turned black and swollen). Apparently, the wall froze from the street. The administration of the sanatorium did not recognize that it was mold. But at our request, she moved us to the 3rd so-called cottage, a two-storey block-type house: a common hallway, where there is a sofa, a refrigerator, an old TV and a bathroom (fortunately separate). The neighbors had a bigger room, but we had a tiny one (a double room!!!), where 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 pencil cases and a table and a stool could barely fit (everything was old and tattered).
My mattress was torn and short (my legs hung down) with springs digging into my body, I had to put leaky wool blankets under me. The beds are narrow and uncomfortable. Old feather pillows (last century!!!). My husband has bronchial asthma and bronchial spasm began after the night. I was saved with an inhaler, but the allergy remained. The administrator of the 1st building and the maids replaced the pillows the next day and the mattress a few days later. And we also begged for the only chair that could barely fit into our cubicle, and a table lamp.
In addition, our building was repaired from the outside. They knocked and sawed under the window, they did not give rest.
We asked the administrator to move us to better conditions with an additional fee, but we were refused due to lack of places. After a while, we found out that a good room was empty in cottage 6, but no one notified us, although I asked very much.
The treatment is not bad. Good thermal procedures, but the gala room did not work, instead there was speleotherapy. In the middle of the room, on a shabby bedside table, there was a coffee grinder-type device that unevenly sprayed salt from a pack. Patients sat on chairs and benches and inhaled salt. My husband wanted to treat asthma, but this treatment did not have the expected effect.
A nice pool with mineral water, of normal size and the water is very warm.
Now about nutrition. Despite the fact that there was a good assortment in the dining room, the first courses were often served too salty for me and salads were almost always with mayonnaise, sometimes with vinegar. But the head waiter Gnidina A.P. organized a gentle, dietary diet for me, for which I am very grateful to her.
In the sanatorium, water with a rotten smell flows from the taps.
Among the advantages, I can name events for vacationers organized by the talented presenter Anna Nikolaevna. The spectacular, funny numbers evoked a smile, laughter and lifted the mood.
Good, responsive staff in the dining room, the medical building, as well as the duty room of the 1st building and the maids.
In general, I did not like the rest. Didn't get enough sleep, didn't get treated, left a day earlier

The sanatorium left a very ambiguous impression. Everything seemed to be fine, but the work of the organizer just crossed out all the positive aspects. A person does not know how to communicate with people at all. He allows himself to yell at vacationers and kick them out of the event. Entertainment for children beyond their age, the same songs throughout the race. At the adult disco, the same story - one playlist for three weeks. It's not the first year I've been going to a sanatorium in Belarus with a child, but this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude towards people.
Special thanks to the mud and electrotherapy staff, it was always a pleasure to come to the procedure. To the event organizer Inna, 1000 hugs and special thanks.
I also want to say "thank you" to the attendants and maids of the first building,
they will always respond adequately, help and prompt. And it was nice to go into the dining room. On the first day, we were met, taken to a table, told and shown everything.
Organizer Anna has someone to learn how to communicate with people.
I don't write complaints, but it was her personal request. How can you refuse if a person asks for it like that! She screams at her events! It would have been better if I had learned to talk calmly, it would have been more useful!
Dear management of the sanatorium, if you want people to come back to you again, I advise you to change the organizer. You can't work with people who are so unbalanced! Spoils the whole impression of the sanatorium!

But, guys! What air there is, what purity of consciousness after a few days of stay! A paradise for those who like to spend time in nature. Old forest, river, squirrels, woodpeckers, wizard oaks…

This place is back to the USSR, an unforgettable "vacation" with a minus sign. We had a rest immediately after NG from January 2 to January 8, left a day earlier, could not stand such "service".
1. The territory is huge, unkempt, but beautiful, not thanks to the owners of the sanatorium, but thanks to nature itself: pines, a river, in summer there will be a cloud of midges and mosquitoes, which no one has ever poisoned and does not poison, keep this in mind
2. Service: 3 points out of 5, no one is particularly happy to see you there, but they frankly do not send you. The medical staff is also a separate sect, people do not know how to communicate with vacationers, the culture is again from the times of the USSR- so be it, we will serve you, they do not explain anything, guess yourself where to sit down and how long the procedure will last. The setting was like something out of a horror movie, my husband attended all the procedures, and the mud treatment unit was like an intensive care unit in the most remote city.
The pool is good, but even it is covered in rusty streaks, the tiles have clearly not been washed for a long time, the water is mineral, clean, the "pool supervisor" is excellent on weekends, on weekdays
the mud treatment and hydrotherapy building does not work on holidays and weekends, i.e. out of 7 days he worked 2. They do not want to work there Everyone wants to get home faster.
3. Kitchen: 3 out of 5, we are 4! We ate according to the on-duty menu for a day, until I protested. But they didn't even think to apologize, they pretended to be tired of vacationers. In principle, Al's diet is sick, but not so disgusting. No need for oysters and squid, but everything was terribly monotonous, cabbage and peas made me sick, all the cereals were dry and cold, the portions were normal.
4. The room is normal, the sofas are not sagging, the pillows are full of crap, cleaning every day, the one that is working. We lived in the 1st building on the 4th floor, and by the end of the so-called rest, my husband carefully weighed the need for going down and up to the floors. And if you "fly" up stairs at the age of 15, then at the age of 50 many people have diseases in which it is not what is useful, but harmful to strain the joints. But the management doesn't give a shit about anything.
The bar is closed, the store on site is sparse until 4, Sat, Sun off
Bottom line: there is no thought of coming back here, I am a man who is not spoiled by "European comfort", but it is a shame to take money for such a fossil.
The organization of the rest and treatment process is completely absent. Whatever aspect of the sanatorium you take, it's all 0 points. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's a waste of time and money. People are not aimed at "making money" and "making their holidays comfortable," draw conclusions, gentlemen.

We lived in the 6th building. I liked everything, the food is excellent!!! Clean, cozy, all friendly, treatments, the pool is good. Tap water only smells a little. I would have come again!

Вполне хороший санаторий средней ценовой категории,еда вкусная,територия супер есть где погулять,правда мало развлечений но если вы большой компанией то вам здесь очень понравится
