I really enjoyed the rest. We were in the fifth with a child of 10 years old. We lived in a villa on Lesnaya. The food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is very tasty and high in calories. Well, really without much variety. The heated pool, the children are delighted. Animation for children and adults every day. (In the telegram, see "Golden Sands animation"). If you need a rest without frills (the service is certainly not 5 stars in Turkey) and gain health, see the beauty of nature, then I highly recommend it.

Beautiful territory, clean Sea, gorgeous nature, a house by the sea on the first line. Kind and friendly service.
Heated swimming pool.
I liked everything except the food. Swedish is monotonous and not always delicious.
Of course, you will not stay hungry, but on the 5th day you no longer wanted to go to the dining room.
The beach is not cleaned, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge.
90% of families with children are on vacation.
Nice quiet place, I'd like to come back again. Without power.

The most important plus is nature. Pines, eucalyptus trees, cypresses… The sea is not always clean. We rested in a house by the sea. I didn't like that the house was on the second line and only a piece of the sea was visible between the houses of the first line. Moreover, when we looked at the travel agent, it is not clear in the photo that they are in two lines at all, so we took a room in the house, and it is more expensive than in the main buildings. In fact, they overpaid in vain. They categorically refused to change to the first line, even for an additional fee. In general, the attitude of the reception staff is not very good, as if we owe them and they have to put up with us, except maybe a young guy. A child got sick, needed drinking water at night, came to the reception, asked, they said wait for the morning, buy it in the store or take it in the dining room, although they had several bottles of water behind the counter. By the way, the whole family was ill, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever. Adults and older children suffered more or less, the niece of five years suffered hard, twice they were taken to the IV in Pitsunda. The food is not bad in the dining room, there is always plenty of everything, a little monotonous and without any special frills, but delicious. With cleaning, as luck would have it, my sister's main building was cleaned every day, our house by the sea was cleaned only once a week, but maybe it was our own fault, we left late.

A very pleasant hotel. Prices. But at the same time there are a lot of buts... comfortable, comfortable rooms. The food is without frills, but very normal. A good beach, while in June there is no umbrella, I had to buy it. At the end of October, they were begging for blankets, it was already cool. And at the same time, the maid talked impudently and excused herself that if she did not bring it within an hour, she would bring it at 7 a.m. She said that at this time, I would be asleep. Her answer is "I don't care."
The reception couldn't reach the staff all day to order blankets. I spilled water in the hallway, and the maid was standing next to me. She apologized and asked to be removed. The answer is killed🤣🤣🤣 there is a mop there, take it and put it away. I still don't understand how much of a joke this could be.
But I consider it unacceptable to communicate with guests in this way. And there's a lot of stuff like that from the staff. I think we need to either train the staff or fire them all!!! Either the owner doesn't care, or he doesn't know about it! But with this location, he could earn more at times. To the review in the complaint book, the answer was "Yes, we don't care what you write there" 🤦♀️

We had a rest from 08/26.24 to 2.09.24 at the villa morskoy in the Golden Sands hotel. In general, it is very good. We were cleaned daily, towels were changed. Beach towels are not provided. Everything dries very badly there, there is a lot of humidity. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. I really didn't like the lack of cabinets. The bedrooms have only a bed, a TV and a bedside table. It turned out to be a problem to separate things, they were still in the suitcase, and this is very inconvenient. Buffet meals.... There is enough of everything, but it is very tasteless. Buckwheat, pasta, etc. are cooked simply even without salt... we didn't go hungry, but keep in mind that with such a menu you just want to go to a nearby cafe and eat normal food. When it rains, mud from a nearby river washes ashore. But it passes quickly. Of the advantages, there are also squirrels that run freely around the territory, dolphins near the beach.

The location of the hotel and the sea conquered us!
The Golden Sands Hotel in Pitsunda, Abkhazia. We had a rest from June 29 to July 7, 2024. Two adults, two children (8 and 11 years old). The type of room is a Family studio, 3rd building, 3rd floor, room 3301. There was a balcony, there was a dryer and two chairs. The view from the window onto the hotel grounds. The furniture is good, the bed is comfortable, the mattresses are new. The bathroom is large with a shower stall and toilet. Of the disadvantages, there are only hangers in the closet, there are no shelves, things were stored in a suitcase. There is a single shelf on the mirror in the bathroom. I would like at least a triangle to arrange shampoos and gels. The toilet paper was on the tank, I also wish there was a holder for it.
The staff is friendly, we arrived 2 hours earlier, we were offered an early booking at a price of 400 rubles/hour. We didn't take it. We left our suitcases, went for a walk around the territory, and then for lunch. So it's time for the official check-in.
The dining room is located on the beach. Sea view from the windows. The food is delicious, we were not hungry. Several first courses, 3 meat options, fish every day, a couple of salads and slicing. The sweet was a pie/sponge cake. Pour the tea and coffee yourself, there is no vending machine. There are several options for juice and compote.
Beer, wine and ice cream can be purchased for an additional fee in the dining room or outside the hotel.
The location of the hotel and the sea conquered us! The mountains go straight into the clouds, and the sea is the purest and turquoise color! The beach is big and clean. And although we occupied the sun loungers and an umbrella in advance in the morning, we always got it. There was no situation where we were lying on the ground. The beach is really 80 meters away. The hotel has a homely atmosphere, it was not scary to let the children go on their own, to the beach or to the room. Dogs walk around the territory, but they are completely harmless. But we were afraid of strolling steers.
Advantages: Clean sea, beautiful nature, good territory, clean and spacious room
Cons: no shelves in the closet, shelves in the bathroom for shampoos, toilet paper holder
Overall, I rate it 8 out of 10. I recommend the hotel!

We live in a standard room in the third building. The room is quite comfortable, air conditioning, TV is all working. There were no problems with hot water and electricity during this time. The beach is large, there are enough sun beds for everyone, but there are few sun umbrellas. Probably in the future I recommended making a single large canopy. On the downside, there are no events in the evening. About the food. The food is quite tasty. Fruits every day. There are a lot of people, but there is enough food for everyone. The only thing is that table cleaning leaves much to be desired. In general, we liked it.

A lovely, cozy place. The purest sea, wonderful nature and quite a decent service. It's bad that the distribution in the dining room is organized in such a way that it creates queues. We had a rest in October 2024. the whole family. I liked everything very much, the room is clean, the bed linen is clean, odorless, the beds are comfortable. The family room had two rooms, a double bed and 2 single beds.There was a wardrobe, a table, a chair, four bedside tables, a heater, a refrigerator, a shower, a toilet, towels. In early July 2024, 2 adults +2 children had a rest at the Golden Sands boarding house. We lived in the 2nd building. The comfort room has no complaints. Cleaning daily, linen change 1p in 7 days. The territory of the hotel is all in greenery, fountain, benches, swings, children's pool are all in good condition. The sea is 3 minutes from the room, the dining room is 2. The food in the dining room leaves much to be desired-the monotony of dishes, tasteless porridges, and soups. Meat is mainly chicken, sometimes pork goulash. Of course you won't stay hungry, but... It's good that there are several shops and a couple of good cafes with reasonable prices outside the territory. But these small disadvantages are offset by the insanely clean, transparent and warm sea!!! On the beach of the boarding house, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. The beach is sandy and pebbly. For a quiet, relaxing family vacation, I definitely recommend it.

There are no complaints about the sea, it is clean, but already cool, waves every day, then a downpour, sun beds without mattresses, the beach is wide, the entrance is pebbles, only in shoes, garbage is present on the beach. The pool is not heated, not cleaned, no one swims in it, although it is stated that it is heated. There are also a lot of dogs on the territory and on the beach. The territory is not large, in trees, but not much and well maintained. The dining room is ordinary, you won't stay hungry, but it's not particularly tasty, the tables are dirty, the dishes are broken, the food is for an amateur. On day 3, everyone fell down with rotovirus, 45 people were in the first-aid post overnight, there were no pills, pharmacies were far away and there was almost nothing there either. There is nothing nearby, a mini store and a cafe, where the same complete unsanitary conditions. If you have ever vacationed abroad in a good hotel, or in our south in a good hotel - this option is definitely not for you!!! There will only be disappointment from the money and time spent. Apparently, it is necessary to feed your numerous relatives after work and not the guests...Well, that's just thinking out loud...they just threw up their attitude (( in the evening there is nothing to do there, there is no entertainment program at all, I do not take into account the disco at the fountain under the column Alice. It's also dirty a bunch of stray lichen dogs, it hurts to look at them, so I need to think on vacation how would my children not pick up lichen from them and why does no one treat these dogs? The houses on the shore are new, but everything is kept on snot, there is a smell of sewage, the toilet is located right on the opposite side of the bed, everyone arrived with conjunctivitis. There are not enough umbrellas on the beach, you have to go at 6-7 in the morning to take a chaise longue in the evening you sit enjoying the sunset, so there is no staff it is at sunset that you need to come pull out a chaise longue from under you to collect it from a pile. The food, the hotel does not bother at all, the dishes are dirty and they are all chipped, the choice is very meager, basically everything is tasteless and not salty.
Breakfast. 2 porridges, omelet or eggs, sausages, pancakes are imported here, vegetables, buckwheat, cottage cheese casserole. You pour coffee and sugar in salad bowls with a spoon.
Lunch and dinner, the choice is meager, you take it just so you don't be hungry
The child was generally constantly hungry, and refused to eat in the dining room.
The tables are dirty and there are not enough of them for all, we have to fish out a table. And clean it yourself.

The hotel is located in the village, there are very few shops, there are a couple of cafes, you can get to Pitsunda by taxi 500 rubles one way. The hotel impresses with its location and views from the room. And the clear sea 🌊

Hello everyone! We had a family vacation at this hotel from 1.08.24 to 7.08.24. Well, what can I say the hotel is not bad, the location is good on the seashore, the sea is clean and transparent. The big minus is the food, there are just disgusting words, that's honestly how the pig is served. On the second day, we got sick with rotovirus om very much, all four of us, I and the children recovered more or less in a day, and my husband went to the hospital by taxi on the third day because the ambulance said come yourself, that he just did not drink, nothing helped him. He was dug through and felt a little better. On the beach, do not ask anyone, everyone was with rotovirus in the first days of arrival. It's boring for children here, the animation is terrible, there's nothing nearby if you go somewhere. I do not recommend this hotel. We ate separately at the Aphrodite cafe and everything was delicious at home and the prices were normal

We were in this boarding house from 11.06 to 18.06. We left with tears in our eyes, we really liked everything. There was a lot of food and there was always enough, unlike the hotel where we went next. The dining room is huge, there are enough places for everyone, the food is quite varied, there are few fruits, but this did not bother us because we are indifferent to them. There was a family room, cleaned every day, towels were changed without requirement. The animator girl did well, entertained the kids. I would definitely go back there. Thanks to all the service staff and special respect to the canteen staff, chefs, waiters and the wonderful chef. We were in Abkhazia 3 times and before that boarding houses were chosen for a higher class, but this was much tastier! Thank you Golden Sands! Look forward to next year!!!!

Bath towels were given a day later after repeated reminders, fortunately they had their own beach towels with them. cleaning is done every day, but it's mopping the floors in the room. A bucket of 15 cm, toilet paper hardly fits in it, they used their own garbage bags, the shower curtain does not reach the pallet and still water gets on the floor and a lot, and the replacement of towels was not frequent. A hole was nailed in the wall in the room, the answer was that because of the high flow of vacationers they did not have time to fix it (but apparently there were not even attempts) And of course it's kind of cute. we have already written more than once about 1 shelf in the closet, and 3 hangers, the lack of shelves in the shower, and so on. that's all the little things, but this makes up the so-called service and the impression of a vacation in general. The balcony looks at the sea in the sea houses and this is one of the main advantages of staying at the hotel, sitting watching the sea, sunsets, listening to its rumble, But the table was dirty and I washed it (a folding silicone bucket for children is the main thing in a vacation!), the railings are dirty, when the wind blows, the water from the conditioner drips on there were railings, and plastic stools in our room on the balcony, on which you can sit for half an hour, so you couldn't enjoy the evening views and cool to the fullest. The food is really for an amateur, the breakfasts are very good, almost everything is delicious, lunch and dinner are already how to get envy from the cyclical menu, I had to order a barbecue to take away in the evening or eat in nearby cafes of the Citrusy village. you won't be hungry, as everyone writes, but you won't get much satisfaction, you always wiped the tables yourself before sitting down, always with an antiseptic, wiped everything, many took forks and crudes with them for the vacation period to be sure of their cleanliness, dishes, as they write, are really often chipped. Water was constantly bought for drinking in the store at the entrance to the hotel, there are fruits in the same way, if there are no watermelons, apples and pears that are given for dinner at the hotel. Sun beds and umbrellas at 6 am are not a hotel mine, this is already a classic of all hotels, and in Turkey and Cyprus we occupied those places and umbrellas early that we wanted, there are certainly fewer of them than the guests (but this is a very common problem of many resorts) but my husband and I took turns, then filled up, without umbrellas there it's very hot, the sun is already burning decently at 10, not like at 11 and 12, and I really don't want to sit in the room until 17.00 or 18.00 when the sun becomes soft. There is no way without aquashouses here, they brought their own, but in the same store for 650 rubles adults, children can pick up something cheaper. The sea was the warmest, stormy for a couple of days, but in the first half it was possible to swim or frolic on the waves. the current of the Bzyp River did not bother us, the sea was very warm, sometimes the passing wave of the current was a pleasure. during the vacation period, the sea was different - both super calm and raging, but this is not a bay, there will always be waves, it may be uncomfortable for small children, the depth is sharp, but we no longer have such a small child and she swims well, it was not a problem for us. To summarize - if you try to close your eyes to all the flaws, then nature, the sea, the beach are beautiful!, quiet, (no music, no animation as we love), in the houses on the first line (marine, but not at the dining room and not the 1st) it's cool to live due to their location and plus they are the newest compared with buildings), then you can come for this money. WE won't eat a second time)))))

When we arrived at the territory, we immediately liked the territory of the hotel. Our room was a sea cottage with a view of the sea, clean, new as it was in others, I do not know. The most important thing is your beach is a closed area. You went out from the number two steps to the beach, what they write about the sun beds, yes, they occupy them, but there are enough sun beds. As for the food, everything is fine, everything is delicious and constantly brought if it is over, and the only thing you can put additional equipment for second courses. Who writes about not delicious food, go to five-star ultra hotels, go ahead. So you can't find a better one for this money.

В целом относительно неплохо, зелёная территория, высокие пальмы, сосны на берегу, очень хорошо дышится , жили в первом корпусе, номер чистый , свежий ремонт, есть недочёты, отсутствовало зеркало, кроме ванной, нет палочек в душе, нет ночник, только яркий свет в 4 лампы, но это не особо все критично. В столовой не сильно большое разнообразие, но сьедобно, голодным не останешься, единтсвенно за 10 дней был один вид компота, не сильно вкусный и выпечка не сказать, что сьедобная, если не придираться сильно, то дня зелёного отеля, с пустынным пляжем где ты имеешь лежак и зонт которые в достатке на всех отдыхающих, вполне нормально. Море чистое. Не понравилась одна вещь, но в этом отель не виноват. Рядом выходит речка, выносит чистую ледяную воду и в течение дня есть моменты когда море становится холодным, за 10 дней только 2 дня было море тёплым весь день, и непонятно как происходит поворот течения реки или моря, но периодически море становилось слоями тепло_холодное.

Of course, there is nothing to do in the village, but they sell excursions at the entrance(Tatiana) , we went to New Athos with them, we liked everything! There is a shop on the street in front of the hotel, you can buy something necessary there, tea, alcohol, more expensive of course than in a regular store, but cheaper than in the dining room of the hotel. There is a wine factory in the village, we found it by chance, read on the label of champagne who makes it and found that it is not far from us) we went, there is a company store on the territory, wine, beer, champagne, spirits, cheaper than in the shop. Then we packed up there)
The only disadvantage for our company was the day of arrival... You will not be allowed into the room before even 15 minutes, although it is cleaned and ready ... 400 rubles costs an HOUR of early check-in, you will wander around the territory until 14 o'clock. They talk through their teeth at the reception, ignore questions... people from the early train, all tired, children... In general, noise, hubbub, disputes....
My conclusion is this-if you just want to relax by the sea, without thinking about nutrition, then you are here. If you want to go out somewhere in the evening, take a walk, hang out, then it's better to choose a city ...

Всё хорошо воздух отменный ,чистый,морской),солнце и т.д.
Две недели пролетели ласково и ярко!
Семейный отель,детей много подруг Доча находила быстро).
Еда хорошая голодным не уйдёшь,шведский стол.
Пляж большой лежаков хватает,сразу глубоко за детьми присматривать надо,место под зонтиком всегда найдётся, жара две недели +35,нету толкотни в море и на берегу)
Отдыхом доволен места красивые,природа от Бога !
Горы ,Пихты,Пальмы,Сосны ,Можевельник и т.д.
Номера сдавали новые матрасы что важно хорошие,на полу ковролин песка на кровати не будет.
А так деревня деревня живность всякая ,летучие мыши)Куча Светлячков Всё прекрасно!!!
Всем доволен .Экскурсия любая цены умеренные,особа не разводят,но думают наверное что все с Москвы)
Местные приветливые проблем,недоразумений не было) ходишь свободно но не забываешь что в гостях)

A good room stock, we lived in the 3rd building of the Standard room, we changed the bed linen once in 10 days (and here is the first shock - the linen was removed, and the new one just lies on the bed - fill it yourself).
The room was cleaned every day, clean, a lot of chlorine in the toilet (I was shocked for the second time - the cleaner reported that she could not clean the carpet, there were some fibers, and these were "hair" from warm sheep's wool socks and now, when evicted, "There will be a fine" - she laughed for a long time and advised better vacuuming).
The food is good, they never left the dining room hungry (but there was also a bell with a minus sign: there was no instant coffee in the morning, I approached the staff with the question whether it would be, the answer was no (resigned), they advised me to drink "natural coffee" - that's impossible to drink!!!!!!! but what was my surprise when instant coffee appeared 15 minutes later!!!!!)

We had a rest in late August, early September 2023.
Positive: beautiful territory (palm trees, pines, oleander, pomegranate and other "exotic"), although compact and the view of the part of the not repaired 1st building is not very good.
One of the advantages is the swimming pool. It is small, but sometimes it is nice to refresh yourself (when it is impossible to swim in the sea).
It is worth noting a fairly spacious parking lot for cars, shaded by pine trees.
Cons: the sea. There is a ripple nearby and often the water in the sea is "layered", cold, it is very uncomfortable to swim. We arrived at the hotel late and the husband and son immediately ran to swim, and found that someone was biting them (it didn't hurt, but it wasn't pleasant). The locals said they were water fleas (again because of the Buzz); to be fair, they are not present during the day.
Food: not tasty, monotonous.
Location: deep in the village, boring, dark.
Building number 1: mold on the walls; a short shower curtain, water is poured on the floor. At first we were very happy, we settled on the shady side, surrounded by pine trees, comfortably without air conditioning. But after a while, the generator, which is located at the gate about three hundred meters from the building, made itself felt. However, it was not turned on often.
Who still decides to go, choose sea cottages or the 3rd building - away from the generator.

I want to write a review on the first day.We booked this hotel several months in advance, chose the village of Morskoy with a view of the sea, which is much more expensive than the main buildings, because we went with very elderly parents (84 years old), we wanted to make them happy and celebrate my mother's birthday. As a result, they put us in house number 1, which is located right next to the fence and instead of a beautiful view of the sea, we saw a pile of twisted metal, and on the front door there is some kind of old septic tank with an unbearable smell of you know what...When asked to change the house, they promised to change it the next day, but I don't know, we'll see.In general, the mood was spoiled from the very beginning.I think that for such money they simply have no right to settle in such rooms, either to make some technical premises, or to restore proper order on the territory.The food in the dining room is normal, but people are like savages from a hungry land.There is a swimming pool on site.
