We really liked the hotel. Reception, accommodation, rooms, dining room are all nearby, and the sea is within walking distance. The green area, the sea is visible from the balcony, there is a heated pool below. We were on May holidays, the metrologists promised rain, but we were lucky, as always the weather was good. When we left on 05/03/25, we still had time to visit the Great Pitiunite Museum, it started to rain when we left.
We would like to thank the hotel administration and its staff. The rooms were clean, everything was provided in the room.
Special thanks to the chef and his team for the variety of dishes. Everything was very tasty❗
The only negative,
I liked everything, the room (we lived in the second building), the territory is small, but there is a place to walk (we went to the neighboring boarding house too, the vegetation is more interesting there), the dining room was pleasing, the choice is large. The only drawbacks are the location, you are cut off from all the attractions. We got to the highway either by taxi for 500 rubles, or by a passing bus, but it goes according to the schedule that hangs at the reception. For a relaxing family holiday, purely on the beach, I recommend
A very pleasant hotel. Prices. But at the same time there are a lot of buts... comfortable, comfortable rooms. The food is without frills, but very normal. A good beach, while in June there is no umbrella, I had to buy it. At the end of October, they were begging for blankets, it was already cool. And at the same time, the maid talked impudently and excused herself that if she did not bring it within an hour, she would bring it at 7 a.m. She said that at this time, I would be asleep. Her answer is "I don't care."
The reception couldn't reach the staff all day to order blankets. I spilled water in the hallway, and the maid was standing next to me. She apologized and asked to be removed. The answer is killed🤣🤣🤣 there is a mop there, take it and put it away. I still don't understand how much of a joke this could be.
But I consider it unacceptable to communicate with guests in this way. And there's a lot of stuff like that from the staff. I think we need to either train the staff or fire them all!!! Either the owner doesn't care, or he doesn't know about it! But with this location, he could earn more at times. To the review in the complaint book, the answer was "Yes, we don't care what you write there" 🤦♀️
