A good beach, while in June there is no umbrella, I had to buy it. At the end of October, they were begging for blankets, it was already cool. And at the same time, the maid talked impudently and excused herself that if she did not bring it within an hour, she would bring it at 7 a.m. She said that at this time, I would be asleep. Her answer is "I don't care." The reception couldn't reach the staff all day to order blankets. I spilled water in the hallway, and the maid was standing next to me. She apologized and asked to be removed. The answer is killed🤣🤣🤣 there is a mop there, take it and put it away. I still don't understand how much of a joke this could be. But I consider it unacceptable to communicate with guests in this way. And there's a lot of stuff like that from the staff. I think we need to either train the staff or fire them all!!! Either the owner doesn't care, or he doesn't know about it! But with this location, he could earn more at times. To the review in the complaint book, the answer was "Yes, we don't care what you write there" 🤦♀️

Great hotel! There was a sanatorium before the reconstruction. A large, beautiful park.. Palm Trees, Pines... A gorgeous beach.. Sea.. The sun.. Nice rooms, cleaning every day on request. Canteen.. You won't stay hungry. We went to Aphrodite cafe to eat national cuisine, I recommend it, It's Very Tasty! I liked everything very much! Thank you for your hospitality ❤

I wouldn't come back here even for free, the nature is beautiful, awesome sunsets, the sea is clean if it didn't rain in the mountains, a house on the shore next to the sea is all of the advantages, period.... the canteen is ordinary, you won't be hungry, but everything is monotonous, only delicious wine on tap in this canteen brightened up the dinners)) I asked for a container or a bag to take a couple of pancakes for the children on a tour, the administrator said you can't take anything out of the canteen....what??? How did you prepare all this for anyone??? Apparently, it is necessary to feed your numerous relatives after work and not the guests...Well, that's just thinking out loud...they just threw up their attitude (( in the evening there is nothing to do there, there is no entertainment program at all, I do not take into account the disco at the fountain under the column Alice. It's also dirty a bunch of stray lichen dogs, it hurts to look at them, so I need to think on vacation how would my children not pick up lichen from them and why does no one treat these dogs? The houses on the shore are new, but everything is kept on snot, there is a smell of sewage, the toilet is located right on the opposite side of the bed, everyone arrived with conjunctivitis. There are not enough umbrellas on the beach, you have to go at 6-7 in the morning to take a chaise longue in the evening you sit enjoying the sunset, so there is no staff it is at sunset that you need to come pull out a chaise longue from under you to collect it from a pile. The pool is just a sump with muddy and smelly water with slippery steps. A terrible place, totally not oriented towards vacationers. I wish them to reconsider their attitude towards the guests.
