The place is atmospheric! It looks like it is made of a natural log cabin. The owners tried very hard in terms of interior decoration! But the dishes, there are some notes on them (you can't say comments, it will sound rude at all), I don't remember everything I ordered, but I remember one thing for sure, a salad of fried eggplant in sweet and sour sauce, whether the eggplants were undercooked, or something, but they turned out not to be so tasty, I compare with a restaurant The Loft, near the old bridge, that's where this salad is very tasty and the eggplant crunches properly. And the rest of the dishes did not cause any exclamation to remain in memory and say that it was especially delicious there. In general, of course, it is delicious, atmospheric, maybe the cook is "lame", it is not clear. If there was a score of 4.5 points, I would put 4.5, because in my opinion it does not reach 5, and 4 is too low, but if not, then they always put it so as not to overestimate)

We celebrated our birthday on the second floor. The service is terrible. One waitress for the entire floor. We need to catch her in time and wait. No one watches the table (to remove napkins, put new ones and other small things) and does not serve properly, just a food carrier that rushes like crazy and is not trained that when they say a toast, you can not interrupt and get into the conversation. I'm ashamed in front of matchmakers.. The second floor is karaoke. There was no one responsible for this on the floor, they had to take microphones from each other and go from table to table. One stress, not dinner. The only plus is the delicious food. The establishment is not a catering and not a canteen, the service does not match the prices. What is the percentage for the service? For bringing food? When they asked for more waiters, they said no more. It was Saturday, it was a public holiday, you need to understand that on such days you need more waiters, especially since the table is pre-booked to understand that there will be a landing. It's a shame, it was Mom's birthday..

Live music is very pleasant and romantic. Waiting time - the food was served literally in 15 minutes, in general it took a little time to wait. The food is so-so, I won't say wow. We ordered a cheese plate, it costs 4000, it's not cheap, cheese was literally smeared on a plate, a plate was filled with an apple, a pear and a cracker, a square cookie, I didn't understand why it was there? The husband ordered a lamb steak, there are three small pieces of meat, for 6500 tenge, and no side dish, no vegetables. In general, it is very expensive, the dishes are not worth the price. I didn't like the warm salad with asparagus. The homemade wine is very tasty. Lemonades, as in many establishments, do not know how to cook. It's a pity that such a restaurant with a three-course kitchen.
