у официантов встречать гостей и подавать меню, да банально здороваться не заведено, блюда такие же как в арене, ожидание салата от 40 минут, горячее час при пустом ресторане

The place is actually great, the historical center of the city, there is beauty all around, but it would be worth, in my opinion, at least somehow modernize the institution or change the format. Just kebabs and beer on the street and two banquet halls indoors, the kitchen leaves much to be desired...
