Hello! Everything is great, I liked everything very much. Incredibly beautiful, very rich and cool program. The weather was great, and the photos were great. We didn't regret going at all.
The only thing was that it was not very comfortable in the boat, we did not reach the floor with our feet, and the benches were very narrow, it was uncomfortable to sit, and it was very cramped, we were sitting close to each other with complete strangers. And when we put on our vests before snorkeling, we couldn't turn around, everyone was pushing, because there was very little room for 20 people. If I had known that it would be like this, I would have taken a catamaran (we saw on the tour itself that they were bigger), it's a pity that I realized that there was such a thing after the tour. And on Phi Phi Don we went to the observation deck, we had to run back to have time to eat, there wasn't enough time))
We really liked both of our guides, a Russian-speaking girl and a Thai woman. They prompted me, explained everything, if there were any questions.
In general, despite the boat, we were super satisfied with the trip, the impressions are only positive! Thank you so much!!!

The process of booking and paying for excursions is well organized (the courier will arrive at any hotel at a pre-arranged time). The specialist will promptly answer all questions on WhatsApp. Feedback has also been established, I have sent feedback on all excursions. We visited three excursions from the golden key and went to two shows, they came for us on time, there were no disadvantages about the organization. Special thanks to consultant Olga.
About the excursions:
- dawn on Phi Phi, I liked the tour itself, but there were a lot of people, they took comfort + (from 25 to 38 people), there were 38 ... the group was just terrible, there was not enough room for everyone in the boat, no one wanted to go to the stern (it was hot and very seasick), everyone was swearing, waiting for people at all locations, of course, it's not a question for the organizers, there are different people, BUT! if the group were smaller, it would be more comfortable, but comfort + is only on paper, I would know, I wouldn't go;
- Cheo Lan Lake is an excellent tour, it combines the temple complex, the observation deck and the lake (boating, swimming), beautiful locations, very beautiful, everything is thought out, the only thing is if you are not ready for a long trip, then it's not worth it, we drove back for 4 hours (this impression did not spoil me absolutely);
- sightseeing tour - everything is dynamic, beautiful, I really liked it!

The Phuket tour was amazing! We started at dawn on the glass bridge, enjoying the stunning views of the islands and the sunrise. The guide was excellent, he talked in detail about the history and culture of Thailand, and also helped with choosing the best places for photos.
After that, we went to James Bond Island, surrounded by rocks and greenery, and sailed past the village of sea gypsies. The final point of the tour was the beach with airplanes, where we took amazing photos against the background of planes taking off and landing.
Overall, the tour was intense and informative, and the guide made our trip unforgettable. We recommend everyone to visit this place and enjoy the beauty of Thailand's nature and culture!

The second tour of Phi Phi 5 beaches is one of the disadvantages: our group returned to the bus, but another one was supposed to go with us and we waited until they arrived, and then they took everyone away and we were the last on the bus and the driver took us to someone else's hotel. We decided to get out and walk after several hours of traveling with taking everyone to their hotels, and considering the bus was half an hour late in the morning, we were just unlucky. On the tour itself, of course, we got a lot of bright emotions, pleasant bonuses in the form of drinks and fruits on board, gorgeous views, sometimes crowds of tourists landed at the locations, but there was nothing to do about it, it was a pity that despite the guide's support during the voyage, of course, nothing was heard, even though she She was telling me something, but I couldn't make out everything, and the speedboat was swimming noisily. By the way, as for Yulia's guide on a trip to the islands, she was a very responsible girl, she monitored the safety of everyone, especially while snorkeling, explained everything in an accessible way, and put those who did not swim well into the water without a vest on the right path. It's a long road (it's mostly felt back, somehow I didn't feel much there, because the movement takes about an hour to each location), but it's definitely worth it! It's a real thrill to see, sometimes even wild Thailand!!!!
Everything is fine with the organization, transfer, travel, free time, lunch, etc.
There's water on the way, that's enough for everyone!There are no extra surcharges anywhere except the temple, but that's understandable!

We really liked the fact that you can quickly advise and organize an excursion in Russian, while it is more convenient and for a price lower than what is offered in the tour booths.
Both excursions ("rafting, elephant riding, quad biking" and "diving")
gave us a lot of unforgettable emotions and impressions. Although we are already spoiled in this regard. 🥲
Separately, I would like to note that we really liked the diving instructors. Everything was clear, understandable, and to the point.
I didn't like the guide Evgeny ("rafting +elephants + ATVs")
Because of the lack of a microphone in the car, only the first row heard him, and when we reported this problem, Evgeny apparently decided not to say anything at all.
We didn't understand what kind of location it was, or how long we would be here. I had to guess the time and place of the meeting on my own.

We went to the glass bridge, to James Bond Island, to the cave, to the beach of airplanes and to the cafe with water lilies. They were chosen on the advice of friends. I recently returned from an incredible trip to the Phi Phi Islands, and I can't help but share my impressions! 🏝️💖
Day 1:
A bright sunny day greeted us in the morning. We went on an island tour, enjoying the picturesque scenery and crystal clear waters. 🐠🌅 We visited the famous Maya Bay beach, where we filmed "The Beach" with Leonardo DiCaprio. This place is simply mesmerizing! We also tried snorkeling — there are so many colorful fish and corals that it takes your breath away!
Day 2:
On the second day, we decided to relax on the beach and enjoy the local cuisine. 🍽️🥥 Fresh seafood and tropical fruits are simply delicious! Then we went on a short hike around the island, where we had stunning views of the surrounding waters. 🌄🌊

Hello! I really enjoyed the tour to Cheo Lan Lake + Samet Nangshe, each location was interesting and beautiful. I liked what is written, what is included in the price, and what is not, but for some, you will find out what you need to pay extra on the spot.
As for the excursion to Phi Phi, it is cluttered with unnecessary islands, of all the ones I remember Maya Bay (for which we went) and Monkey Island, but they gave only 10 minutes there. Khai Island is beautiful without the crowds of tourists (but unfortunately we didn't see it), and it looks like a marine "airport" with boats constantly arriving/departing, so it's just wasted time at the end of the tour. The food on the island of Phi Phi Don is specific, mainly designed for people from India.
I liked the company's work. I am glad that there are various payment methods. There is a full description of the tour, necessary things to take with you, etc. We will definitely contact you again🩷 I wish you prosperity🫶🏻

We had a vacation in Phuket in May, and we bought both tours in the Golden Key: the sightseeing tour and the path to Avatar. We also attended the XXX show at the wake up club in Patong, for lovers of exotic with a peppercorn)) . Tickets for the show through the key are 2.5 times cheaper than if you take them at the club itself. Weather conditions and limited time did not allow us to go anywhere else. But we would have gone with the Golden Key. Of the disadvantages, which are more related to local regulations than to the agency, these are the limited capabilities of the guide. Everything else is a plus. Firstly, these are convenient payment options, if you want in rubles, if you want in baht, if you want in currency, you can use a Russian card, a courier can come to pick you up, we used a more convenient option- transfers through stores on 7/11. Secondly, the booking department manager is very responsive, patient and well-responsive. Thirdly, it is possible to negotiate a reasonable discount for the second and subsequent excursions. The first one was charged at full cost. They pick you up and bring you to the hotel, the guides are friendly, interesting and tell you a lot, sometimes going beyond the scope of the tour material :-) . In general, we recommend it.

You have a great organization, everything is clear, timely and understandable. The guys themselves at the pier were delayed by the departure time and we returned a little earlier than announced.

The only thing I would have given information about additional services on Coral was that I didn't have any cash with me, but I would have known in advance, maybe I would have chosen something from entertainment.

I wanted to share my impressions)
From the very beginning, everything was organized at a good level. Our guide Aidar knows how to win you over and it's very cool. His positive attitude and friendliness created an atmosphere of comfort throughout the tour.
Cheo Lan Lake itself is something amazing! The gorgeous landscapes, surrounded by high cliffs and green jungles, left us completely delighted.
I would like to mention the work of the Toyota driver separately. He was very attentive and careful on the road, so we could enjoy the views and not worry about safety.

The excursion to the Phi Phi Islands left a pleasant impression! In the morning we were well received, had breakfast, made insurance and we set off in a great mood. The Bay of May Bay is just a delight! Such beauty has never been seen anywhere. And we were also lucky to see small sharks. I especially liked the early check-out. Good company! We bought an excursion to the Similan Islands, but the day before the trip, our child fell ill, I asked to postpone our tour and I went to a meeting without any problems.
