The hotel is certainly sincere! But it's time to repair the rooms) there is a super soulful rest in front of the main entrance to the hotel, Korean, you can fry the meat yourself - very cool! The hotel itself has super chic craftsmen in the beauty salon. The girls are just super, really masters with a Capital letter. Spa. It works 24/7, which is very cool. A wonderful, warm place! Master Aida is a goddess, as a massage fan I just really liked it! Well, in general, all the girls and the boy are good!!! Thank you for the warm welcome, Bishkek!

Great hotel!We stayed for 2 days in May 2024.
The admin girls are super!They are friendly and will patiently answer all questions.
Thanks to the professional drivers.
The breakfasts are very tasty, fresh, high-quality products.
The rooms are comfortable-snow-white bed linen, white bathrobes.
I visited a spa salon, took a spa program- I recommend it!!!
The pool, unfortunately, was not working temporarily at that time.
If we are in Bishkek, we will stay here again!

Great place! I was in November, stayed for 4 days. Very friendly staff, always helped with luggage, met right on the street. Cleaning every day without reminders, the rooms are clean, spacious. There were no problems at all

It's a complete disappointment. The air conditioner wasn't working when we checked in, and the room was very cold. The key didn't work.
At breakfast, the waiters, even when they saw the guests at breakfast, were not in a hurry to clear the tables and report the appliances (or rather, they were in no hurry at all).
Well, a working hammer drill behind the wall for an hour completely spoiled the impression.
Definitely not worth the money they're asking for a room.

Hello everyone We rested at the Golden Dragon Hotel from 01/31/2023 to 02/8/2023. The purpose of the visit is the ski resorts of Kyrgyzstan. About the hotel: I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff, the drivers of the transfer from and to the airport, especially all those on duty at the reception, as well as other services. Everyone was very attentive, friendly and responsive to any problems and questions, at any time of the day, with charming smiles. The breakfasts were very varied and very tasty. from fresh products and in communication with courteous and attentive staff. The hotel meets all the stated stars and in the future we will recommend the Golden Dragon Hotel to everyone for accommodation.
A little bit about skiing. The skiing season in Kyrgyzstan is approximately from December to mid-February. We rode the Chunkurchak. The resort is located 30 km from Bishkek and you can get there either by private transport or with the help of GERGERT transport for 550 soms round trip. The roads are heavy and unpaved. Lifts are open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 1000 soms per day of skiing. The tracks are green and blue. It is very convenient for beginners and beginners to ride. The snow is very hard, firm, requiring strong legs and edged skis. The trails are long, all 1 km. There is a rental point where you can change your shoes and relax, as well as a cafe with a small snack. Good luck to everyone!!!

The staff is very helpful, the rooms are large, but not very functional. This hotel doesn't even match 3*. The hotel is old, the rooms are uncomfortable, most of them are smoky, the breakfasts are meager. Only the lobby on the ground floor looks luxurious - everything else requires innovation and renovation. In general, the impression of living is one of the worst. The only advantage is the location. Almost the center.
