Of the cons:
- lack of sound insulation (there is a banquet hall on the ground floor and the walls shake from music throughout the building)
- the room is very stuffy
- they do not accept cards for payment
- when booking through booking, they said that it did not work for them and refused to confirm the booking. When I wanted to cancel my reservation, they began to dissuade me for some reason
- the hotel doors are closed at night
- there is no hot water in the room
- the location on the booking is incorrect
- there is no tea, cups, or kettle in the room (there is no cooler with hot water on the floor either). When asked to provide tea, they gave me some kind of incomprehensible bag (without individual packaging)
- two guests had one small bottle of water and one shower gel (there were no shampoos either)
- the bed creaks terribly loudly (to the point that it's scary to turn over on it)
Of the advantages:
- quickly settled in
- near the train station
- the mattress on the bed is incredibly soft and comfortable
- they respond positively to requests
The hotel is different from the photos on the booking and does not match the rating on Google very much. You can only relax here if you get to a day when there is no banquet, otherwise you can forget about sleep. Plus, the guests open the doors to the rooms (probably because of the stuffiness), which greatly increases the noise level. In general, I would not have stayed exactly in this place a second time.
