I brought boots with small peels of leatherette from the rubber sole, they took 20 rubles for the repair. I came to get the boots and saw almost zero progress. I showed the girl where it wasn't glued, she glued for 10 minutes. She came back and said she would come off anyway. Of course, I asked why I was not initially warned that there was no point in throwing money at it, I myself could clumsily drip glue into the holes.
They glued it really clumsily, for some reason the glue goes out of joint very much.
In summary, I want to say that this is the most uselessly spent money that was not even offered to be returned. The girl at the checkout just kept silent, there was no consultation when accepting shoes, they just took the money and did nothing.
I literally paid for my shoes to be ruined.
