I am changing the rating, because the employees of the issuing points stopped giving cash to people (they say that there is allegedly no cash), instead they give it to their friends (without hiding it at all, I saw one employee give out the equivalent of 500 thousand rubles), who then sell it for more than the crown rate. At the same time, people are standing at the pick-up point, and they wait for hours until they can withdraw at least some money.
