Photos, in particular for documents, are disgusting, they don't know how to process! They just print it out and give it back. You bring it back, you ask for retouching, and they retouch only where you tell them to, and since I'm not a professional, I can't figure out where, what, or how to do it well. They printed out the second version, where I asked to retouch, but I still didn't like the photo! I had to cancel their service and get my money back. What is a "specialist" for? If she can't advise, do, or photograph anything (if necessary).
