Yes, a well-built complex. We came and looked at it. We will take out a mortgage on good terms and conditions. By the way, the yard is cool, there are trees. There is also a football field. The apartments are not bad, they are well built. For my segment, I would say the prices are very good. But yes, it's not cheap, but the price matches the quality. Much better than I've seen before for such a price.
