I came straight to the opening, there was no queue , there was only 1 company in the exchanger , 4-5 windows were open , I waited 45 minutes , is this where it is prescribed according to the regulations so that the client waits 45 minutes just in the currency exchanger ? Of all the windows, only 1 was working, although there were employees in all of them.
After my complaint and request to provide regulations on how long the client should wait in line, they promised to call me back, as a result, no one contacted me. Terrible service, as in every bank in this country.
