I would put 0, but the minimum is 1. Service 0. Service 0. Women, if I may call them that, who work at the checkout are very rude and inadequate, as if someone is forcing them to work here. I came to pay for the Turkish exam myself and was told to make a dollar bill in the amount of $80. I took a queue, and when the queue comes, they say they don't accept humo or even visa cards. What kind of bank, they told me to cash out at their bank's ATM, go outside and cash out with a 1% commission. I go in and say I want to exchange currencies for two 80 $, that is, 160 $, and they say one person can not exceed 80 $. I brought a friend well and cashed out twice. Then it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to pay for the exam. This is despite the fact that we arrived at exactly 7.50 when the bank had not yet opened, that is, the first queue and after us how many people were there. The bank has completely deteriorated.The app has been down for almost a month.It is impossible to do anything online.I have to go to the bank .For a whole month they are fed fairy tales about the transition to a new system. I am waiting for the end of the deposit period - I will take it away and I will never deal with this bank again and I will dissuade my friends.
