I'll tell you about everything in order:
1. Together with my sister, we went on a tour of Dilijan with the tour operator Arshavner Akumb tour, where she won a ZIP-line ticket.
2. An important point is that this tour operator owns this ZIP line. And if you just wanted to ride it outside the tour
, then you do not pay 7 thousand drams, but 10))
3. It is worth noting that my sister's first and last name were signed on the gift ticket card. But this was usually ignored: we calmly used a relative's card on a boat trip around Sevan. And what does it matter to them who uses the ticket, we thought, and we were very wrong) 4. Today we deliberately went to the Sevan tour +Lastiver + Tsakhkadzor to use the card and ride the ZIP line for free.
5. My sister didn't want to ride and gave the ticket to me. Upon presentation of the gift card, they demanded my passport, which I provided them, saying that my sister had given me her card.
But I was immediately told that the person whose name is written on the card has the right to use it.
6. Then I thought that this problem would be solved when the sister came up and personally said that she was handing the card to me. But even this did not convince them and they called the main one, who, responding rudely, made it clear to us that they were not going to make any concessions.
7. We could afford to ride for a fee, but after such a piggy attitude, there was no desire to enrich this company in any way.
8. It is worth noting that the guide did not solve this problem in any way, only repeating the words of the main one.
Dear friends, be careful with this tour operator, who does not invest a drop of his soul in his work, but only siphons all the money out of your wallet :)

Great entertainment. You park on the mountain, go down and get on the Zip Line. It costs 10,000 drams. Going down one way, flying over the gorge. Then, on the other slope, you climb another 150 meters and fly back. The whole event is about an hour long. There is a restaurant nearby with a great view.

When we went back down, only one person drove himself, the rest were stuck in the middle. Probably, the weight should be above 90 kg or you need to go back down together. Personally, I was bored, but my friends liked it.
