I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at the Zikrminsk car service center. Diagnostics in the Zeekr 001 and suspension repairs and maintenance were required. The staff are professional and polite, all work was completed on time and at a high level. We were also pleased with the prices - they are adequate and reasonable. I recommend this place to all owners of electric vehicles.

I signed up for IT on lixiang. I bought the oil according to the manual. I brought it and they said that the oil is not suitable for the gearbox (fluedmatic and castrol d2). They said that you need to fill in something else and buy from us. At the same time, my 2 cans were opened (-240p, because the opened oil cannot be returned to the seller). They were filled into a 4L internal combustion engine (recommended 3.7). They poured over the maximum mark by 0.5 cm and when they call they shout that we cannot pour, because 4 liters are poured into all the pipes up to the average mark. Before going there to lisyan, I would think about whether it is correct for you to do THIS or not (whether they will fill in the right oil according to the manual and whether they will fill in the right amount for you)

I am writing this review because I do not want anyone to step on my rake like me. In September, I was at the service station for the first ZEEKR X service. Everything was decent. The car needed a software update, but since Russification has already been carried out, the Russian language falls off during the update. I was assured that after the update they would leave the engineering menu open, and Russification would be done for me for free, where I had done it before. I called the guys back to clarify this information, whether they would really do it for free. Having received an affirmative answer that they would do everything for free with an open engineering menu, they calmly made an update. And how surprised I was when I arrived for Russification, they told me that my engineering department was closed. I don't like to think badly about people right away, I decided maybe they accidentally forgot, but after dialing ONE HUNDRED ZIKRMINSK immediately on the phone, they answered me. That I probably had the engineering menu closed when updating, so they didn't open it. That is, when accepting a car for renewal, the belief that the engineering menu would remain open turned out to be a lie. And if it was closed, why didn't you let me know? If I had known about it right away, I would not have updated the car at this service station, because I would have done the update from others, the cost was the same, and the choice fell on ZIKRMINSK only because of the convenient location for me. My intuition let me down and threw me for money. And I was very disappointed in this one hundred.
