I got to the service center at 16.50. At this time, an unpleasant dialogue occurred between an employee of the service center and a man who addressed the issue of repairing his watch. After waiting for the man to step aside to contact the Ziko administration, I turned to Anna Alexandrovna Kuchkina, an employee of the service center, with a request to serve me. To which I received an answer that she would serve me if I had time to write an application before 17.00. She still gave me the application form. But when I had a question when filling out the application and I turned to Anna Alexandrovna to help me solve it, she said that it was already 17:00, she could not help me in any way. She did not respond to my request to return the incomplete application to me, saying: "You will come next time and fill it out." To say that I am shocked by the rudeness and rudeness of an employee of such a large and successful company is to say nothing.
I would like to ask the Ziko administration to carefully select employees for their company... after all, your Face directly depends on their behavior and professionalism!

Расположен в центре города, магазин с довольно уже "старой" историей, давно на рынке, всегда специализировался на брендовых марках наручных часов. Также представлена ювелирная продукция. Серебро, золото. Если вы ищете в качестве подарка старую добрую классику наручных часов - вам сюда. Цены примерно среднерыночные. Но основное преимущество - широкий ассортимент и возможность выбора.

Персонал отзывчивый,советует на все случаи,есть скупка,большой выбор ювелирных изделий. Топят хорошо, жаркая отмосфера. Цены одни из низких по городу, много акций и скидок. Подарок выбрать легко.
