The goods had to be picked up from the Dalma shopping center. I arrived, it turned out that this laptop had already been sold at this address. And I had to go to the other end of Yerevan to pick him up.
As a result, I lost a huge amount of time and money.
Why cheat? If there is no deception, then the only thing that remains is that the staff is incompetent.

On May 15, 2022, a coffee maker was sold, during the packaging I heard the sound of plastic "clanking", but did not attach any importance to it, I thought it was a plastic spoon in a jug. Upon arrival home, while unpacking, I found a broken lid of the coffee jug. I brought the coffee maker back, refused to accept it, and wrote a statement. The head of the store refused to solve their mistake on the spot, allegedly he does not have the authority. He promised to call back the next day, May 16, but he never did. After several dozen calls, we managed to get through to this manager. He said that this issue is being resolved by his head A.Mkrtchyan. Today, on May 17, breakfast feeding continued.

I am surprised that there is still such work with clients, or rather the absence of any work with clients other than selling. I can't find the reason for this attitude, perhaps of course the fact that I am a citizen of another country, and you can profit from such selling defective goods. I hope I'm wrong.

Cashiers work very slowly. There was one cash register, and 10 minutes later the second one was opened. On the second one, I stood for about 10 minutes, and then 20 minutes to pay for one small adapter. I do not recommend this store and the chain of stores.
