Nice guest house, everything is within walking distance.Mini market,shops ,dining room.To the sea 5 minutes through the alley of the sanatorium.A very hospitable hostess Zemfira, will always prompt and help, send you on an excursion and even treat you.Of the disadvantages of an electric stove, which heats up for a very long time, and there was no cleaning in the room, it's not so scary, but it's stated on the website.Well, the refrigerators in the freezers are just tons of ice.The courtyard is small with one large table, this is for the best acquaintance of the guests, probably!But, if you don't find fault too much, then for 4 minutes.

We had a rest at the guest house in September 2022. I liked everything very much! The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay, everything is clean, well-groomed territory, clean yard. Wonderful, very hospitable hosts! The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Near shops, canteens, cafes, public transport stop, embankment. I definitely recommend this guest house!
