After 3-4 days, the monotony of the menu gets boring. You can relax quite comfortably with children: there is a children's club, a children's disco, water slides, swimming pools, animators. The service is quite comfortable: the rooms are cleaned daily. The territory is excellent: lots of greenery, trees, flowers. There is a descent to the sea, and after a meal there is a sports uphill climb. The staff is mostly friendly, with rare exceptions (an employee of the spa center, who constantly quarreled with people who entered the hammam without his permission - although it is indicated at the reception: sauna and hammam from 12 to 14 hours for free, without restrictions on 15 minutes of stay). The rooms are quite comfortable, although there is a little lack of lighting in the area of the beds where the beds are. At night, the rooms can be noisy due to nearby discos or a working electric generator (when electricity was suddenly cut off throughout the resort village). The beach is good (sandy and pebbly), clean (even compared to Cleopatra beach in Alanya). The only disadvantage is that most of the sun beds under umbrellas both on the beach and near the pools are occupied (marked with beach towels) all day, right from 6-7 in the morning.

The hotel is not bad, it justifies its 4 stars. Definitely not 5, the rating of the hotel is screwed up, when recording in ala-maps, all guests are offered a bag for a review with 5 stars, well, the result is visible by the rating))).
There is enough food, but don't expect crabs and lobsters, a maximum of trout once a week. The rest of the time, the usual standard food is without frills, they are fed almost constantly from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. Neither my husband, nor my children were poisoned, everyone was full. I don't know what kind of alcohol, we didn't drink it.
The territory is beautiful, green, but 2 things were a little annoying: a steep slope - it's hard to climb back up the hill after dinner))) and huge dogs on the playground, especially of the wrestling breed. They didn't touch anyone in front of us, but that's all for the time being. The breed is aggressive and how the animal will behave at one time or another is not at all clear.
The sea is excellent, the entrance is convenient, small pebbles, children were lying on the shore with pleasure, there were enough sun beds, they went after breakfast at 9 o'clock and always found a place for themselves.
Everything worked in the room. There is cleaning, but it is mediocre. Ants were poisoned on the balcony at my request (they reacted immediately), for 8 days the floors there were not wiped. There are deposits of dust from centuries and the stumps of long-vacationing guests under the beds. The floors are wiped a little and the whole cleaning is done. The bed was changed, and so were the towels.

The first time in this hotel and the fifth time in Turkey. There is something to compare it with. I chose a hotel for a vacation with a child of 8 years old and did not lose.
A large well-groomed area, but be prepared that you will have to walk up the hill. 4 swimming pools, beach on the first line. You will not stay hungry for sure, there is a huge selection from fast food to diet food.

We had a vacation with a friend in October of this year. The hotel is terrible, the staff is even worse.
The hotel itself is very dirty, we were given a room with a view of dirty dishes and cockroaches. The furniture in the room is also old.

Dogs were constantly running around on the beach, a pack of 8, one of them bit a little boy in front of my eyes. The staff doesn't care about that.

And a man in gray trousers walks on the territory of the hotel and calls everyone supposedly to his shopping center for free, just for a walk, they bring you there- and do not let you out in the literal sense of the word until you make a purchase. I bought souvenirs and they gave me old dollars. It's useless to find out anything with them, lies on lies. Be careful and don't get fooled by their suggestions! I have all. We had a rest from June 6 to June 13. A wonderful hotel. A clean, well-groomed huge territory with many corners for entertaining children and adults. They are fed all day in different locations. Fish daily, fruits are not very diverse, strawberries were given. Alcohol is fine, they are not poisoned. We really didn't get carried away. Internet is free only in the lobby, in the room for $ 1.5 per day. 5 pools, slides for different ages. The pools are clean, the showers, the toilets nearby are also all clean. The bed linen has never been changed during the rest, towels are daily. The staff is helpful. The only person who asked for money was the uncle who brought the suitcase. The sea is sooo beautiful, the bay, the fish. Nice beach, clean. We went shopping in Avsalar and Alanya. There is a Metropolitan nearby.

The floors are dirty, the toilet is old (the seat is covered in blue streaks), there is no blanket (they asked for a blanket, but without a duvet cover), it stinks of sewage from 19.00 to 12.00 in the afternoon (we had three rooms and everyone had a stink, we rested in the lobby for one day and it stank the same - it didn't smell, exactly it stank) , our room door faced the road until the evening cars drive , in the morning dogs bark (like roosters in the village), audibility in the room (neighbors wash, poop, watch TV) You can hear everything. Plus, the rooms have excellent water pressure, no complaints (riskos himself would envy). The territory is beautiful, but there are dogs and cats (I love animals), but shit is everywhere, no one cleans, and they gather in packs and attack each other. The dining room is generally a horror. Breakfast is simply not there. We ate boiled eggs for six days. The porridge is not cooked (with a crunch. The rice is raw. ) there are no cheeses at all . Yoghurts are not tasty, fruits are plums, apples and oranges. Lunch - 2 kinds of disgusting cream soup, rice, noodles. All sorts of stews are delicious. And dinner is a separate topic. You will come at 19.00 there will be a queue for chicken, you will come at 20.00 there will be nothing. The sea was cold at this time of year. We didn't swim. The room was dirty, the food was minimal, something edible could always be found, usually there was a queue for this dish, but I did not get gastronomic pleasure from the bony fish and fried piece of chicken. The set of fruits is minimal: apples and unripe citrus fruits, some days they were diluted with plums, nothing else. The desserts are all multicolored, but for some reason they have an incomprehensible taste and no smell. Ice cream was distributed last year, now only for money. There were no questions for the staff. The sun and the sea in Turkey are wonderful, but the hotel has nothing to do with them.

A magnificent hotel. Well-groomed green area, lawn, palm trees, flowering trees. The animals live on the territory (for a child it was the best that could be) cats, a puppy, a turtle, a hedgehog, lizards, birds, there were fish in the sea, which we fed with bread.
Meal. Everything is included. A variety for every taste: from kinetic nutrition to chic desserts in abundance. You can eat from 7 am to 21:00 in the restaurant, mini bar, lobby (desserts, coffee), etc. breakfast, lunch and dinner are varied, lots of vegetables, salads. The fruits were melons, watermelons, grapes, peaches or nectarines, pears, apples. Drinks all day in any quantity (except imported). We had a waiter who booked a table for us, we left him a tip. Even if this option does not suit, there are fewer people on the second floor, you can take any place.
Friendly staff. Check-in at 14. We arrived earlier. Our luggage was removed to a specially designated place. The hotel is very good for four people, we had a family vacation with a 2.5 year old child, there were a lot of activities for children, which pleased us. In general, the rest was wonderful, there were more pros than cons about the hotel.
Pros:
+ large beautiful territory, lots of flowers and greenery, everything is beautiful and well maintained;
+ there are many pools, there are slides for older children and adults, there is a complex with slides for kids;
+ a wide variety of food and snacks throughout the day: waffles, burgers, ice cream, potatoes with fillings, pizza, tortillas in the snack bar, lots of fruits, sweets and pastries in the restaurant;
+ spacious and clean rooms in the Jasmine building (we had a sea view, although they did not pay extra for it separately), cleaning was every day, figures from towels (although they did not leave tips);
+ gorgeous bay, clear sea (mud washed up a couple of times on windy days, but the rest of the days it was very clean);
+ modern playgrounds, various activities and workshops in the mini club;
+ Great animation, sports games, contests and entertainment throughout the day for adults;
+ impressive evening shows with smoothed-down artists, it was very interesting to watch.
Minuses:
- long queues in the dining room for food and drinks in bars (even the bartender had machines with cola and other carbonated drinks);
- very poor lunch boxes, poorly packaged food, boxes did not even live to see the plane (early departure, missed breakfast, but you could not even order such a box with you);
- there are not enough sun beds on the beach and by the pool, if you go out after 9 am, it is very difficult to find a free place;

Well, let's go, or rather, let's fly! FUN&SUN persuaded us to the Justiniano Club 4* hotel. If you want to laugh, stare at the "starving Volga region", be an animal rights activist... this is for you. Flight, delivery, transfer - for 5. Check-in is solid 4, because they "snatched" a good room in a bungalow (get acquainted with the location of the hotel in advance). Mumine's conservatism charmed, one positive person among the staff. In terms of going up and down for an amateur... all this has already been described by others. Well, now about what caused surprise and thoughts: "We should fix this somehow." 1. Dogs on the territory. These are not dogs, but hogs: arrogant, lazy, overfed. They lie on the aisles, shit everywhere, twist love… Who is to blame for this? Yes, our tourists, animal defenders, and their friends.... They suck, stroke, snot, carry them to eat, and then get feces on a chaise longue. 2. Grub (so-called food). It's either 3- or 2+, as you wish… Although you look, it seems that our people (and 90 percent of Russians) came here after the Holodomor… There's so much food piled up that the pasta is dragged across the floor... so what's the food? You ask: soups are still nothing, everything else is "so as not to die." 3. Alcohol. This is a separate song. Wine is an abomination! No, "donkey urine", beer is complete rubbish! The shops and the market helped out, fortunately everything is nearby. 4. Ala-kart fish restaurant, by appointment. They just got up and left 15 minutes after examining the "drugs". Gardeners since the morning:they clean, sweep, trim, water, etc. The territory is very well maintained and beautiful. I haven't seen it during my entire vacation:glasses, napkins, a bull and other garbage anywhere. I have a trained eye!)))
In restaurants, the same thing: they will help to seat, offer drinks, cutlery on the ground, dishes are taken off the table, you will not have time to put something, the children spilled or fell, they immediately run to clean up, well done!
Food! Simple, but delicious, you will not stay hungry at any time of the day or night! There are plenty of fruits: juicy strawberries, watermelon, apricot, peaches, nectarines, apples, cherry plums, oranges, grapefruits, etc. Greens are just a buzz! Grill: chicken, "goat"))), hearts on skewers, cutlets, fish, norm! Meat: chicken, turkey, beef. Stewed-steamed-boiled, fried, etc. Soups: mashed potatoes, pickle, borscht, chicken, etc.
Animation! For 15 years of rest in different hotels, she was "on the drum", really! In Egypt, it just bothered me that you were always being pulled, then into the pool, then darts, then dancing, then volleyball, etc. I don't like it! Everything is calm and unobtrusive here. I even waited for them every morning. Everything is quick and in the subject. Aqua aerobics, jokes, dancing, games. Great!

Sea. Very good. It's 23-24 degrees, it's chilly at first, then you can't drive it out. The water is blue, clean, affectionate, surprisingly very salty. In the evening, it washes the chips a little, it is not critical.
There is a pine forest on the mountain nearby. Great views, photos, etc. You can buy there. They even take excursions there for money, and you have free under your nose. Great hotel. We went with a child. I really liked it. Concerts were held every evening. The food is delicious, the drinks are too. The beach is clean. The rooms have 1 double
bed, 1 single bed and a sofa. There were Russian, Turkish, American and I don't remember French ones on TV. There was air conditioning and a beautiful view of the sea.

The hotel is generally normal. There was a 5* nearby, but 4* seemed to be better and more convenient. Food for every taste, so-so drinks (beer, wine, rum, juppy juice, soda). There were a lot of people - we had to wait for someone to eat. The animation is good, every evening there is a new program for both children and adults. The sea is super, the beach is small pebbles, it hurts to go barefoot. On the beach, if you didn't take a sunbed at 7 a.m., then at 7.20 everything ... will be occupied. The room was not cleaned every day: the linen was changed 2 times in 8 days. Towels were also changed on request - it's strange. And there are huge ants and cockroaches crawling - about 4-5cm((( there are many shops nearby, alarm bazaar market, there is a local supermarket Migros, like Dixie. They accept rubles, dollars, euros, and Turkish lira for payment. The course is horse-drawn. It is profitable to change for lira and buy in lira. The territory is green and well maintained. There are 3 slides for children. Going up from the sea to the reception in a decent hill is a strain in 40 degree heat!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days from 2.10.24 and it was just terrible! I read a lot of laudatory reviews, but I realized one thing, people seem to be better off than in Gelendzhik!
Of the advantages, only the animation and the territory are more or less! There are ants in the room and I'm not the only one who writes about it, read negative and then positive reviews😃😅
