I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times because I like everything about it. Clean, cozy, quiet. The rooms have everything you need for your stay, and daily cleaning is provided. I would especially like to thank the girls at the reception for their attentive, sensitive, friendly attitude towards the guests of your city. I wish you all good health, success in all your endeavors, and happiness in your personal life.
A great hotel for relaxing after work or on the road. Polite staff. We really liked the room to eat. The shower cabin is of course small for me))) On the ground floor there is an opportunity to warm up the food, having previously asked the administrator. The rooms are clean and cozy. Recommend. Like it.
We stopped twice.
For the first time, we provided the services of a microwave oven, an electric kettle in the room to the left of the reception desk.
The second time, not in the most friendly way, it was said that the microwave was broken, warm up in a cafe that was already not working at that time.
For the 21st century, and not to put at least one working microwave oven on each floor and an electric kettle in each room for the entire hotel is absurd. By the nature of my activity, I visit many hotels in the Republic of Belarus, but what would be such a shameful soap, we are not even talking about standard sets of shower gel and shampoo, disposable slippers.
The drain in the shower stall in our room was disgusting, the feet are in water and leftovers from the drain hole from previous guests.
Complete price/quality discrepancy.
Beds located in single rooms quietly suggest a night's rest for 2 people, the request to move two people into such a room for 35p was refused, arguing that the beds were quickly loosening, well, sorry, this is not a museum exhibit to look at and not breathe. But, having settled in a 2-room room for 70 rubles, no one was confused that we would sleep there on the same bed together.
The result is that for 70p you have a sleeping place and a towel and no services.
The last straw was the proposed paid parking space. Awww, are you in your right mind there???? Moscow and St. Petersburg, where a piece of land in the city center costs crazy money, always provides a FREE parking space, but Gantsevichi surpassed everyone.
