This is the most disgusting place!!!!! Except for the cleaner Ekaterina, there is no one there, some men who introduced themselves as administrators did not solve any problems that arose, they were rude.
When we asked to remove the dogs from the pool, we were told that this was a fire reservoir and we could not swim here in principle. Strangers freely enter the territory. At 5 a.m., a very sober man of dubious reputation tried to steal a column from us. I turned the grill over. The pool is terribly dirty, icy, the door handles were broken off in the house, the toilet did not work. The canopy is full of holes... It was lucky that it didn't rain.
The staff is disgusting. Do not expect that you will be helped to solve any problems that have arisen.

We decided to rent this "wonderful" place in May for a corporate party. We arrived at 11 a.m., the administrator was not in place, there was a cleaner who was completely unaware that anyone had rented this gazebo at all, I was already tense when I heard this. She ran off to call the receptionist, we waited for them to sort it out. When the cleaner came, she said that the gazebo needed to be cleaned and it was not ready for rest yet! I was shocked! This is considering that we ordered the gazebo in advance! We had to unload the groceries, as the driver had to leave, the groceries in the bags were put in the gazebo, since they could not be left in the middle of the road, the cleaner swept a broom directly on our products. The price list says a cart of firewood - 5 rubles, there is no clarification anywhere with or without a slide, our men loaded a cart of firewood, with a slide, and the director saw this, I clarify the slide was insignificant, began to yell at us and demand double payment, as for two carts! He ruined our mood because of the firewood! When the administrators finally appeared, they came to our gazebo and began to demand payment in front of all the guests, to which our boss, stringing a shish kebab, said that he would come soon and pay for everything, now he would finish with the shish kebab and decide everything, to which the administration said that they would stand here and wait, with everyone) just the highest level culture! It's like we won't pay and run away, and considering that when we arrived, they weren't there, so we would have solved this issue right away! And in the end, the cleaner who was supposed to bring the change of 5 rubles did not bring it, I do not feel sorry for 5 rubles, but purely on the principle that people regretted the pile of firewood, and were forced to pay like a new cart, which costs 5 rubles, or maybe the cleaner hoped that I would drink (only she did not I knew that I didn't drink) and I won't remember, but as they say, but the sediment remained! The administration of this recreation center is very unpleasant, I put two stars for nature!!!

THERE IS NO TOILET IN THE BATHHOUSE. Go wherever you want.

We had a rest at the Zhukov Meadow base over the weekend. Yes, I was told that this is a completely budget option. That's the way it is. It is very cold in the house, although it was 27 degrees outside. At night, everyone froze under thin blankets. The beds are old and not comfortable. The pillows are so thin or thin, as it is correct to say, that they slept practically on the mattress. The pool is just icy. It is definitely not suitable for a long-term vacation. Well, it's a very budget option.

There is no question about maintenance, everything is fine. We were there about two years ago, and before that about 5 years ago. Everything was great and beautiful. Now everything is running. Rent a volleyball court for 5 rubles. Forgive me, but for what?? Because there's a grid hanging there? There is a sports town, once they went and walked there, now everything is rotten there and whatever they do, they just fenced it off. There are only stumps on the green zone, there is a swimming pool, but it takes 5 minutes to break your head on the tile, which we saw when a woman fell in front of your eyes and broke her head, and there is no fun there anymore. When we drove into the house, we got high, it was hot outside, but it was cool in the house. But as soon as it came to bed, it turned out that all the beds in the house were damp. We slept in our clothes, because sleeping in wet underwear is still trash. It's a good thing we didn't have children with us. In short, the price does not seem to be expensive, because of the proximity to the city, but I would like to keep an eye on the territory and houses. Somehow, everyone was not very happy that the beds were damp. Sadly, one of our favorite places is falling into disrepair. But if you drink to green snot, then this is an excellent option for you.

The houses are old, dirty, there is a problem with hot water, electricity shields, household appliances are dirty, partially defective, the refrigerator did not work in our room, only the freezer. There are no dishes, they gave out a grill grate, covered in grease, old, never washed in my life (. The price of accommodation is quite high, the service is below the baseboard! We strongly do not recommend it!!!

It's a terrible place. Keep in mind that everything is not as in the photo! Bossein is a swamp, it is never cleaned along the way. There is dirt everywhere, solid unsanitary conditions, I wonder how they have not been blocked yet. The material base - it feels like everything is being taken from local garbage dumps! The service is simply not there. The owner is inadequate! I won't go there again, and I don't advise you!!!

A huge number of stray cats on the territory! On the way from the gazebo to the toilet, I counted 6 adult cats and 15 kittens. Everyone is thin, hungry, crawling under the wheels of parked cars. I'm afraid to imagine how many of them live throughout the territory... Don't the owners have the means to sterilize the animals so that they stop breeding exponentially?! Is it impossible to put houses so that animals can live comfortably on the territory? Is it really pleasant to walk around and throw away corpses later? So I can't objectively judge the place of rest, because the rest was spoiled by the careless and irresponsible attitude of the base management. Well, for sure, the maximum is how they decide to fix the situation, after such a review - they will cause capture, or poison so that their eyes do not get calloused... Sadly.

Although the director himself, when booking, told us the amount to pay and the number of the house. In the price list that they had, our house cost as much as we originally paid for, but this is not an argument for them. After half an hour of hassle and threatening to call the police for extortion, we were still settled in the house that we had paid for. Although it was Monday and we were the only vacationers there, everything was free. The quest did not end there)))) In the late afternoon, the annoying administrator tried to count how many of us are resting))) But I couldn't do it in any way, because there were 13 of us and 6 of them were children who were constantly on the move. She went to check in the house if there were people there, counted us on the street, in general, not a vacation, but a fairy tale. According to the living conditions, it seems that they collected furniture from garbage cans near the entrances. Pillows are one name, blankets are not designed for the number of places in the house. There is only water in the liquid soap container, so you need to take everything with you. And there are a huge number of cats on the territory that brazenly climb when you sit at the table, before you know it, they are already on the table eating from your plate, they just calmly enter the house.

It's a great place, we often celebrate different things here with friends. The houses are made of just about anything, but they perform their function. Gazebos for any size of the company are made normally. The air is fresh, the Internet is almost not catching - what else do you need for a good evening?! The pool was pleasantly surprised in the summer. There are also various leisure activities for an additional fee.

We have made our choice...But, for this confirmation, the consent of the director was necessary. This man is inadequate. With 0 database utilization, we were denied our choice. I had to move in where he had determined. In the evening at 22.30 he appeared at the base. He sent an administrator to us with a note to turn down the music. You're kidding!!! We were the only ones at the base!!!He drove me and the manager. People like the director should not engage in services at all. Working with people is not his thing. Only a company of soldiers to command. Thank the staff for their patience 5+. Accommodation 3. Attitude to customers "-5". You should not spoil your vacation for people who purchase your services.
