Однажды пришлось обратится и услышать только обещания и ни каких действий , пришлось звонить в 115 , проблему устранили только спустя три недели, теперь вообще не вижу ни какого слысла обращатся на прямую в это жэу .

Нужно понимать, что жэу это маленькая контора в огромной структуре жкх, сложные проблемы здесь и сейчас жэу не решит. А вот на месте, с незначительными проблемами, всегда разберутся.
