They didn't come to the apartment for an inspection, I brought them a photo on my phone, they say well, everything is fine with you....Yes, the riser is already crumbling, touched.Soon the contents from the upper floors, and there are eight of them above us, will be all in the apartment.they say, well, what if a plumber came to you? We should have 30 people working, but we only have 2 ... and in general, our plumber only comes to emergency calls.I would have found a plumber by the ad a long time ago, but...They told me no, you can't change the main riser for the left plumbing...That's how they deal with them? Due to this delay, I cannot continue to repair the toilet.I supplement the review, I found the plumbers according to the ad, they did everything for a lot of money)many plumbers refused, citing the fact that housing and communal services should do half of these jobs for free.they advised me to insist and call Minsk, but since I didn't have time (the condition of the pipes is visible in the photo)I had to do everything at my own expense.
I endured when the toilet was demolished, thinking that it was leaking, but it was leaking from the roof. I've been putting up with pipes for many years, and I've been without cold or hot water 5 or 6 times during December and January. Today is Sunday. Neither cold nor hot. There is no water. Patience too! Tomorrow I'm going to write a complaint about their disgusting work! I've run out of patience!
Since July, we have been contacting the Housing Department about the repair of the heated towel rail. Applications have been rejected for 4 months. They behave rudely. They don't pick up the phone or refer to the fact that they have one plumber working for them and if they load him with work, the treasure will quit or drink.
From 9:00 to 16:16, the phone was picked up once.There is no water all day!No one knows anything and they can't answer.I just accept applications and that's it.Terrible job.Or rather, its complete absence!!!!!
Heating is turned off every day for no reason, the temperature in the apartment drops sharply, humidity rises to 80%, this spoils health and property.

I turned to the dispatcher - there was no reaction. Plumbers apparently provide only paid services to the population. I turned to the leading specialist A.N. Yablokova - they didn't even bother to look at it for a week. The emergency service and the water utility have completed the work. All you had to do was open the sewer well! The housing and communal services employees I contacted are irresponsible, incompetent, and shitty people. How can you work like this?!!
It may sound strange, but the work of this housing department made me pleasantly surprised. The calls are answered, not only from the 3rd ring tone, but also politely. They immediately explained what was what. Separately, I would like to mention the work of the lead engineer. Competently, without unnecessary words, she issued the necessary documents to us, and also suggested how best to resolve the issue with the removal of construction debris. Strong 4 stars.
In general, I want to comment on housing and communal services in Vitebsk. For example, about water. I came to live from Polotsk, so I compare it. I filter the water with expensive filters myself and still after boiling, not only is there some kind of sediment on the surface of the water, but also small flakes in the water. And what happens to the kettle and what kind of wild scum is on it... There was no such thing in Polotsk, so the water quality here is terrible. Calls on the hotline are useless, no one takes them. No one took up this issue
They work terribly , they are not in the workplace for half a day , they do not take a tube for half a day , plumbers are boors ! Irresponsibility! There is horror in the yard , the benches are broken (rotted ) , the swing was taken away five years ago , they allegedly said for repairs , they never returned !
There is a good team working in the house management itself. But the workshop area is a separate conversation. Starting from the dispatcher and ending with the master, these are boors, to drive such workers into the neck.
It's bad, they work, I don't answer calls, and if they picked up the phone, they immediately put it down, and then the line is busy, if they gave the request, they can't do it the first time, they don't want to rattle it
