We rented a Suite, I will try to describe it objectively.
1- arrived at night, other Ibis hotels ,Dastan rooms are not available. This hotel's appearance is deterred by the shabbiness and lack of parking and cars. But next to the KFS, he got up.
2- At the entrance to the room on the 3rd floor of the Suite, the smell of sewage throughout the room, ventilation did not help for 20 minutes, they plugged the hole from the bottom of the bathroom door with a towel, like the smell subsided or sniffed.
3- I had to call the administrator and demand new bed linen, well, they replaced It themselves, since there were black hairs on the sheet and pillows. The administration naturally said that this was only a misunderstanding, but there is a fact!
4- About the pros, the bed is excellent and not squeaky , the repair is fresh but crooked, there is breakfast, but nominal, egg and instant coffee))) 2 pieces of fried sausage servelat are not edible, but they are!))
In general, for tired travelers, if there are no other options, it is quite possible to spend the night!
I recommend this institution to hire a decent experienced hotel manager!

The rooms are small, but clean and cozy (some Windows overlook the interior of the stadium)))), the cost is adequate, the staff is polite, the food is edible. Five stars in the review does not mean, of course, that this is a five-star hotel, but it is 5/5 according to my expectations

We stayed in this hotel for almost a month.
Clean, cozy, rooms with fresh renovation.
The staff is helpful. There are breakfasts. There are several cafes and restaurants near the hotel.
Football matches (on weekends in summer) add zest to the boring life of the traveling people.
Many thanks to the hostess and admins for the shelter.
We'll come again.

This is the best hotel in Aktobe.Clean, the service is excellent. The suite has a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer. Delicious breakfasts are free. The location is great. Another advantage is the view from the window at night on a beautiful illuminated street)

The hotel is generally good, but:
- there are no nets on the windows, they were in the summer, so mosquitoes flew in. It was stuffy with the window closed and I didn't want to turn on the air conditioner. And it is also a place of active recreation for citizens and it is noisy until about 23 hours.
- there was also some kind of hood noise in the room.type of ventilation. We only found out about what could be turned off in the early morning.but we were tired, so we fell asleep with her.One night she passed out.
- from hygiene products, everything is at a minimum (shampoo, shower gel)
- the cooler on the floor was empty at night and in the morning, which surprised me, because there was water before going to bed..
- parking is not under the windows of the hotel, but just spontaneous, so you are not insured from noisy companies)
And so in general, the staff is friendly, clean, pleasant in the atmosphere.

We stayed there for one night with a family of 3 people. We took a suite, because there were no other rooms, we booked a week in advance via WhatsApp. Very clean, good bed, powerful air conditioning, TV with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi. There is a narrow sofa, for some reason on some websites it is declared as a sofa bed. So, this is just a small sofa that will only fit a child no more than 140 cm tall. The three of us slept with a 10-year-old child on the bed, we fit without any problems. The only wish is to add extra space when accommodating more than 2 people in a room. But in general, a wonderful room for its cost (22,000 tenge). The location of the hotel is also convenient. But the Sauce cafe on the 1st floor was not impressed at all: it is not very tasty, not all of the menu is available, by the way, there are no sauces, despite the name)
