Personally, I liked the complex. It is located almost in the forest. Clean air, easy to breathe. The birds are singing.
But there is no infrastructure yet. Although several small shops have already appeared. And it is difficult to get to Minsk without a car. Minibuses do not run often and are always full. And the ambulance will not arrive quickly, if anything. Hopefully, in a few years it will be a nice green area with all the necessary infrastructure for life.

Well, it's actually an interesting neighborhood at first glance. Nice houses. There is a park where you can walk and cook a barbecue. There's trouble with the shops. 2 tiny shops and no coffee vending machines. There are no kindergartens or schools. Generally for an amateur.

The road from the ring road is narrow and unlit at night, and even without a pedestrian zone. If someone comes out of the bushes, neither the driver nor the pedestrian will have a chance.
I did not understand the presence of abandoned unfinished buildings at the entrance to the complex on the right (as in horror films), but then everything was very beautiful in the summer, I do not know how the rest of the time. I hope the new panels won't spoil the picture. As for life, it's very good, only the infrastructure is vitally lacking and there are many shortcomings of the above. 5 for the idea.

Место реально очень красивое. Дома строят в современном стиле смотрится очень классно. Как всегда на начальном этапе строительства не хватает инфоструктуры. Надеюсь что планы А-100 исполнятся как и наши желания. Ждём хороших и интересных предложений от застройщика.

Интересный поселок в лесу, недвижимость дорожает, застройка плотная, но при этом, есть много плюсов:ухоженная территория, круглосуточная охрана, приличные соседи.
Один из плюсов, это гольф клуб, ресторан, кафе.

It's glamorous, but it resembles a special zone. A barrier to entry by car numbers and not only that, there are dozens more barriers inside. The golf course is fun, but it still doesn't look like a club for the elite. Private houses for lam + and nearby high-rise buildings for those who did not have enough for their piece of land.
In the same Gooseberry houses and plots are better and there is no such building density. Pine trees and silence, and a Green harbor for show-offs, not for life.

Очень близко расположена железная дорога. Нету элементарно школы и детского садика.
На территории поселка расположен гольф клуб.
Из плюсов закрытая, зелёная территория. Красивые решения домов.

Прекрасное место для жизни. Здесь предлагают не только квадратные метры, но и комфортную для человека среду. Пока нет инфраструктуры, но она запланирована. И пока не ходит общественный транспорт. Но при увеличении численности населения все это появится.
