And how all sorts of deliveries will be brought here or household services is not clear. But the developer's interest is clear, minimum investment, maximum profit, and then people will sort it out somehow. It turned out to be a mini closed town, like an agro, with only modern touches and a lack of basic familiar amenities. Everything is still new and pretty, but in 10 years, it will be sadder, the average apartment buildings will be like crunchies after major repairs. The road to the block is unlit and unlit.

We went into the entrance and just shed tears from what we saw:
the decoration of the entrances is cheap, there are no video intercoms, no quality, savings on everything (a blind person will not notice).
We have a house 4.1 according to the project, and there are no tiles between the 1st and 2nd floors, but in the house opposite 4.2 (the twin house) it is...the paradox (photo attached). I would like to note that the cost per square meter and the number of floors and the appearance of the houses coincide.
