I recently moved here. It is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect. Close to my work and close to market. There is also a supermarket downstairs and other good shops and pharmacies within a 3 minute walk.

I won't say anything about the quality of the building because I'm not an expert. Visually beautiful, the infrastructure is nearby, there is a sports ground with modern equipment, gazebos. Terran lawns, a large store downstairs. I think it's great. Good luck to everyone.

If we are talking about a 13-storey building on Asalobod-2, then I do not advise you to take housing there. For several years we lived in a 9-storey building opposite, so not a month passed without digging either a water utility or a heating system in the place where this type of residential complex was built. Where did the communications that took place there go? I have not seen them moved before the construction.
